I am rejecting this response because :Survival Life made this same promise to refund on February 27th. They must refund the money and stop fabricating false reasons.

Survival life billed me for an initial subscription to their site ($9.95) that I did not authorize AND planned on billing me $19.97 a month to continue said subscription. I paid through PayPal and the only charge that was listed on the invoice was the $4.95 shipping I agreed to. Later in the day, when I was balancing my checking account online I found the unauthorized charges. I have requested an investigation by PayPal.

After reviewing the customer's account, we can see that there was a monthly membership on the account, that membership was canceled on 3/21/16. We have refunded the customers membership fees of $19.95 on 3/21/16 as well. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process fully back to the customer’s account. After reviewing the customer's account, we can see that the item was not delivered as expected. Since the customer did not receive their order we refunded the customer on 1/15/16 They should receive their order in 7-15 business days. The refunded amount was $$114.70. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process fully back to the customer’s account.

It is now December 9, 2014. I have yet to receive products I ordered from Survivallfe.com located in Austin, Texas. All of my calls to them go to voice mail. They never answer their phone.
Email responses come from various people who give contradictory information. At one point the say that the items were shipped. Then the say they made a mistake and promise to deliver but never have.

DO NOT TRUST Survival Life to keep their promises. They are either crooks or the most disorganized organization I have the misfortune to deal with.......or both.

I do apologize for the miscommunication regarding this customer membership. After reviewing the customer’s account, it looks as though the membership was refunded and cancelled for the two most recent charges.  This order was placed through one of our third party vendor known as...

Click Bank.  Refunds can take 5-7 business days. The refund will post under the name Click Bank. We do apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused the customer.  We have also added the link to Click Bank below where the customer can contact to receive the rest of the refunds as we are only able to refund 60 days back on our side, however ClickBank can refund the remainder of the charges. Gentlemen,      Thank you very much for your prompt attention to my complaint about SurvivalLife fraudulently billing me for an unauthorized membership fee.  In my initial complaint, I had miscalculated the total amount that was billed to my credit card.  In reviewing my credit card bill, I found that SurvivalLife had billed me the $19.95 monthly charge a total of 20 (twenty) times totaling $399.00.  I had previously requested only $279.30.  I am now asking for an additional $119.70, bringing the total to $399.00.       Thank you for re-opening this complaint.
