I had a high efficiency Bryant furnace with wi-fi thermostat installed in April, 2018. I chose Superior Heating and Cooling over other bids because the salesperson answered all my questions thoroughly, explained the product I wanted in detail, and immediately responded to phone calls I had after receiving his bid. Customer service was excellent, with pleasant office staff. The two technicians that installed the furnace completed the job much faster than I had expected. They were experienced and worked efficiently. They wore shoe covers upon entering and cleaned up well when they were finished. The furnace passed inspection and is working great so far. The technician showed me how to work the accompanying, easy to read touch-screen thermostat and I love that feature.

Superior Heating just finished installing new AC and furnace. Guys did a Great job I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for new ca and heating or any service need.

I watched the installation of my new NUT0NE by the Superior Heating and Cooling personnel working together like clockwork. When one workman was finished with his task the other was ready to begin his with no loss of time or expertise.

Great installer and great experience. Very personal in how they sell, install and maintain. Very responsive and flexible. I highly recommend this group. I put them against their competitors and when it came down to apples to apples, they were by far the best value and chance for a successful and worry-free HVAC replacement. They did not try to bait or switch and they were $4K less than one of their competitors when comparing similar system configurations. Their consultation pre-sales was critical and set the tone for the others that came who had no plan on pointing out a few key things that weighed heavily on my mind.

Bought a new furnace and air conditioner from them in Feb '18. Did my homework and got proposals from 4 other companies as well. Superior was by far the easiest to work with. The sales pitch was honest and very thorough, and the price was fantastic. They became my benchmark for measuring all of the other bids ... in the end it was an easy decision to make, and I'm quite confident it was the right call. The install techs *** were great: friendly and professional. They explained everything, including the rebates that were filed for me, and left nothing for me to clean up after. Superior made the entire process so painless I'm almost looking forward to the next utility bills arriving to see my savings start to add up !!

We have used superior twice, the last time to completely replace our furnace during last week's cold spell. After thoroughly diagnosing the problem with the old furnace, the technician ordered a new furnace and it was delivered at 8:30 a.m. the next morning. The two man crew was courteous, professional and knew exactly what they were doing, including cutting and installing new sheet metal for the furnace ducting. Their cleanup was excellent. We highly recommend Superior Heating and Cooling!

I had Superior Heating and Cooling perform my fall inspection/tune up. They tried different solutions to try to fix and issue, and even special order a replacement part. When that failed to solve the solution, they credited the full price of the part towards the purchase of a new unit. It was installed the same day, and is running perfectly. Could not ask for a better experience.

Superior Heating and cooling did an absolutely awesome job for me, Called in the morning to get a bid to replace A/c unit and Brad was out here within two hours for a bid and a crew out there to do the install that same day !! Price was very very competitive, the service guys where great, could not be more pleased with the job and price!!

This company was more than helpful to me. My heat went out in the very cold weather and they were able to accommodate me the next day. They were very friendly and courteous. The men were very efficient in their job and cleaned up to the point that you wouldn't have known they had been there except for the fact the house was finally warm. I highly recommend this company.

Middle of the coldest spell this winter with the lows below zero my furnace stops working. Superior HVAC responded to my request for service by sending a repairman out the same day. Found that my 25+ year old furnace needed to be replaced. They completed the job the very next morning and got the house back to a comfortable temperature. No price gouging or taking advantage of the bitter cold outside temperatures. Thanks.
