I would rate it excellent. I was very satisfied with the customer service. They were polite,and friendly and knew what they were doing. They went straight to work no fooling around. The came on time did their work and explained everything to me. They made sure everything was cleaned up and disposed of the furnace also left my basement clean and neat.

Great Service, I had a new Central Air Conditioner installed. They did a good job and yes I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Years ago, Superior installed my first replacement furnace/ac. I decided to use Superior after comparing their estimates to a few other companies' estimates, but I was so pleased with their honesty and quality of service that I have dealt with them exclusively ever since.
They recently performed a Fall service checkup, where they determined (as I had already suspected) that my furnace/ac was at the end of it's useful life and needed replacement. They thoroughly explained my unit's condition and gave what I considered an honest assessment of what I could expect in cost and results if I chose instead to have the current unit repaired. When I agreed that it should be replaced, they explained the cost/benefits of my replacement options and mentioned a couple of very reasonable financing offers that I could take advantage of.
Superior just installed my replacement furnace/ac and, once again I'm very happy with their service. The installers couldn't have been more professional and polite. They arrived on-time and my new unit was up and running flawlessly in under six hours.
I'll continue to use Superior exclusively in the future and have recommended them to a friend who needs her furnace/ac replaced soon and who has been extremely displeased with another "big name" competitor. She plans to use Superior and I'm sure she'll be happy with her choice.

We’ve used Superior for purchasing and maintaining our home heating and cooling system for many years – enough that we just purchased our second home heating and cooling unit from them. I’ve always found them to be highly reliable. *** our regular servicer, knows his business and, on pre-season checks, has occasionally found and fixed issues that would have otherwise have resulted in a hot day without AC or a cold one without heat.
On the recent installation, the installers did an excellent job: worked well, had the tools, materials, knowledge and skills they needed. The result was a clean and neat installation, which received compliments from the county inspector.
We have used Superior regularly in the past and will continue to do so.

Superior Heating was awesome. They explained the problems to me and gave me my options. When installing a new furnace and water heater, they were efficient and friendly. They were great! I would recommend them to everyone.

We had Superior Heating & Cooling replace our old York HVAC with a new Briant system The whole process from estimate to completion was excellent. Mr. ***, a very polite and courteous sales consultant, took time to measure my HVAC with detailed drawings, explained the several options of products and prices, and answered all my questions thoroughly. I will be using this company for yearly maintenance as well; their fees are much lower than their competitors in the St. Louis area.

I bought a hvac system from Superior about 10 days ago. I received the best information from *** He answered my questions and helped me understand just what the differences were between the different systems. He was the best of the 4 companies I reviewed. The installers were very helpful too. *** had it all installed in about 6 hours. Everything was left neat and clean!!! 16 seer is really cool!!!!!

The estimator was pleasant, knowledgeable and offered the options available for new furnace/AC/water heater. He worked with me on an installation date because I live out of state. Installers were courteous, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They explained how system operates thoroughly and reviewed warranty information with me before leaving.

Have used many other companies in the past. This is the first Heating & Cooling Co that I completely trust. They are professional, prompt, knowledgeable. I will never have another business service my Heating & Cooling units.

Our installation team, *** did a great job. Very professional, very knowledgeable and showed great team work. I was given clear instructions on how to use my new Evolution Control Thermostat. My experience with Superior Heating & Cooling was very positive. They were prompt & very professional. They explained the situation(my unit was 20+ old) and suggested a new energy efficient AC unit. They were able to install the new system the next day completely. *** was very helpful showing me how to use the new smart thermostat. The office was great with all the paperwork organized. The knock at the door one evening was our upstairs neighbor courteously telling us that all of our hoses/pipes to our a/c compressor had frozen up. Frowning as I checked my weather app, I steeled myself for the week ahead. Thankfully the calling and the scheduling for inspection was as smooth as could be hoped for. Within two days we had Superior out to our city place. *** let me observe him as he checked both the furnace and outdoor unit. I was not surprised when he explained the costs/benefits of having him continue to examine the possible cracked heat exchanger and leaking system or spec out a new system. We chose to replace. Within 45 minutes there were 3 more workers, two more company trucks, as I watched the process start and finish 4.5 hours later. I was very happy with the service and price. His entire staff performed speedily and with courtesy toward the neighbors. And, yes, Superior keeps a stock of a/c iron cages and lock boxes for shut-offs in stock and will install them very securely. I would recommend Superior Heating and Cooling. They cover a large area, have operated for a long time. *** himself seemed very familiar with the St. Louis City neighborhoods and all of their 'vulnerabilities'.
