He answered all of our questions and even showed us problems with our air conditioning/heating unit explaining everything so we would understand. We even "introduced" him to our pitt bull/black lab mix, Rocky, who also liked Trey. We look forward to having Trey return to service our unit.
On Saturday afternoon, April 23, Nova K replaced a faulty valve on my hot water heater. He did this in a professional manner and with a cheerful attitude. I found him to be another outstanding Conway employee.

Yesterday morning, I woke up to find that our water heater had quit producing hot water. After tinkering with it myself, I realized I needed a professional plumber.
This morning, I called Conway Services and was greeted by a young lady named Tracy, who was very friendly & professional in the way that she took my service request. The plumber sent to my house, Bruce B., was as professional as anyone could be. He is a very knowledgeable craftsman. He spent time explaining the plumbing issue to my wife & I, and answered all of our questions. We even got him to provide us with quotes regarding an additional plumbing need within our house.
The call, the request, the service call and final wrap up all took place within a matter of a couple of hours. Thank you Conway for your quick and professional service.
I have consistently received prompt, professional and courteous service calls from Conway; this call by Mike S[redacted] was no exception. I feel Mike was very honest and effectively communicated the status of my air handling systems.
Great service by Franklin W. He was very professional and helpful. Took the time to explain issues and offer options. Most importantly he was able to get our air conditioning going again on a very hot summer day.
We recently had a problem with our HVAC unit at home. Robert R[redacted] of Conway Services made the call and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He took the time to tell me exactly what was wrong. Though he had been able to simply tap a gauge to make the system work, he decided it would be better to replace the part. Since the unit was still under warranty, there was no charge. We appreciated his diligence and the time he took with us.
We have been very satisfied with our association with Conway Services and their Comfort Club Membership. They have done a great job for us over the years and
go above and beyond in taking care of our heating and air needs. One of their technicians, Jeremy H[redacted], was out last night and checked our furnace to make sure everything was running smoothly. He was very professional and was a pleasure to work with. After he left, the Conway team called to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and that all our questions and concerns were addressed. we would definitely recommend Conway Services to anyone who needs heating, air or plumbing work done.
We had our annual service check on AC system. Mark K. was very efficient and did a great job of checking out our system. No issues were found on our 10 year old system and nice to have a trusted company that wasn't pushing upgrades. Did a great job of cleaning outside unit. Been using Conway for over 10 years with no complaints at all. They also take care of our tankless hot water system.
Howard W[redacted] of Conway Services was efficient, kept me informed and worked in a timely manner. I recommend him and I was pleased with his associates Chris S[redacted], Jr. and Zachary C[redacted]
Bruce came late afternoon and fixed our problem. We started with another company, but they were ,unable to complete because the needed machine was out for repair. The other company told us , they would not have it available for 4 more days, with water in the kitchen sink and line to washing machine blocked, we looked online at the Revdex.com site. I read many good or great reviews of Conway's service and called them. Bruce came as promised and I was called ahead, to tell me he was on his way. He explained the problem and got our line cleared in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for better service.
Trey A[redacted] was very observant and thorough in his diagnoses and assessment of my furnace condition and need to improve and update physical aspects of heating and duct work. His recommendations and proposal for my AC needs were truly appreciated. He is a very good salesperson as well as technician.
this is the second time I have had fred b., plumbing tech, to my home. he has done an excellent job each time. I will ask for him again when needed. besides his plumbing work he has excellent customer service skills.
