Excellent service and very professional. Brenton V handled himself very well, was helpful, and honest about his suggestions and commentary. He conducted a spring system check, cleaned AC units, and installed a surge protector on my AC units. Will continue to use and have suggested Conway to others.
Conway Services inspected and cleaned my two HVAC units on 3-16-16. Mr. Paul H[redacted] was the assigned technician. Mr. H[redacted] was most courteous and professional in his work. He is a credit to Conway Services and should be recognized for his excellence. I would most definitely request him in the future to handle my needs for any services offered by Conway Services. I've used Conway Services in the past and had nothing but wonderful experiences, especially considering each time something has gone terribly wrong in my home! Most recently I was/am experience multiple issues (both plumbing and air) at the same time. True to form, the professionals at Conway didn't disappoint! I want to recognize each person individually because they all work so hard and have such great personalities that have made even these most frustrating days as easy as they possibly could! (Sorry in advance for the long review to follow.)
Fred B (Plumbing) - Was very polite, considerate and detailed walking me through each step of his findings to resolve our drainage issues. He answered all of my questions and used visual examples on the truck to help me understand everything discussed. I appreciate so much his wonderful demeanor! He recommended having additional diagnostics done (free of charge) which proved to be VERY necessary in identifying a major issue.
Jesse (Plumbing) - Was extremely enthusiastic, also very polite and knowledgeable. Jesse identified an issue that if not found when it was would have most certainly created catastrophic damage to our property in the future... Which of course means fixing it could be very costly and absolutely more than we pargoned for when we opted for the diagnostics. Even though the message he delivered was quite a shock and a bit overwhelming... It couldn't have come from a nicer and more understanding technician. He stayed at my home for hours after the testing was done, made calls to help ease my concerns and couldn't have done more to make sure I understood every option/outcome!
Marcus (Heating & Cooling) - Was again, very polite. He walking in with a big smile and managed to keep it even though my home was no less than 83 degrees! Marcus was very detailed and documented every observation even breaking them down by priority. Knowing that my outside unit was at least 20 years old, he was proactive in already having set up a call for someone to come right after his visit to walk me through my options for both replacement and repair.
Coleman & Robert (Comfort Advisors) - The comfort advisors with Conway do a wonderful job of working the numbers while also keeping the customer in focus. I don't know that there are words that would adequately express how wonderful they are! Coleman was very upbeat and sat with me reviewing all of the options available, working numbers, reworking numbers, and then triple working the numbers to help make this large (unexpected) expense as manageable as possible for me and my family. All the while having a tremendous personality helping me laugh to keep from crying! :) Robert was so wonderful taking a call on my behalf after hours to coordinate with Coleman in order to ensure that we received the very best pricing to address the multiple issues going on. I am very appreciative for all of the help, concern and honesty Robert provided!
Once again, conway didn't disappoint! Repairs to begin today... I will report back on their wonderful work after!
I found Rodney A[redacted] to be punctual and he presented himself in a business like fashion. He proceeded with the new annual HVAC checkup in a thorough and professional manner. He offered information when asked and made good suggestions. I extended the new contract and added my second five year HVAC unit.
Robert R. arrived as per stated time.
He was very polite and was totally professional and thorough doing the cleaning and P.M. checks on our HVAC system.
Also , he took the time to answer all of my technical questions --- in a manner that I understood.

Conway Services fixed a broken main sewer line in my front yard. Technicians Ben J. and Joe W. performed the services. They were detailed-oriented and took time to explain and show me exactly how they were going to repair the sewer line. Both Joe and Ben were courteous and professional, and worked diligently to complete the repair. Even though the repair required the use of an excavator, Ben and Joe were very careful and precise in my yard. They did a great job of backfilling the hole, re-leveling and compacted the soil, and even replaced much of the sod over the dig site. They ensured the repair was done to my satisfaction before finalizing the paperwork.
Conway has been our go-to professionals for our heading and air conditioning for several years. They're technicians are always courteous and professional. As a bonus, when our young daughter gets them, they always take time to say hi and even show her what they are doing.
Conway is a wonderful company to do business with.
We have used Donnie (service technician) at Conway for 15 years, and always insist when scheduling a service appointment that he provide our heating and a/c service. He is knowledgeable, dependable, and extremely courteous.
The few problems we have had with Conway over the years have been the couple of times another technician was dispatched, and when a trainee was sent one of those times with another technician, which really slowed down the service time.
With Donnie, we've had only outstanding experience.
