Bruce came late afternoon and fixed our problem We started with another company, but they were ,unable to complete because the needed machine was out for repair The other company told us , they would not have it available for more days, with water in the kitchen sink and line to washing machine blocked, we looked online at the Revdex.com site I read many good or great reviews of Conway's service and called them Bruce came as promised and I was called ahead, to tell me he was on his way He explained the problem and got our line cleared in a timely manner I couldn't have asked for better service
Trey A [redacted] was very observant and thorough in his diagnoses and assessment of my furnace condition and need to improve and update physical aspects of heating and duct workHis recommendations and proposal for my AC needs were truly appreciated He is a very good salesperson as well as technician
Trey A [redacted] was able to diagnose a seven year ongoing problem with all three of our HVAC units He also provided us with some excellent solutions to possibly prevent a reoccurrence of the problem
We had Xavier W [redacted] out for our winter service check on 10-23- Xavier did his check , and answered all our questions We have been using Conway Services for many years, and have never had a bad experience
Service was exceptional The Tech was well versed and knowledgeable Completed the job in record time and I could find nothing that was not taken care of in advance
Paul H [redacted] was the service technician and did a GREAT jobThis is the first time I have used Conway and I will be calling only them for my service needs going forward
I found Rodney A [redacted] to be punctual and he presented himself in a business like fashion He proceeded with the new annual HVAC checkup in a thorough and professional manner He offered information when asked and made good suggestions I extended the new contract and added my second five year HVAC unit
MrH [redacted] with Conway Services was extremely professional while coming to my home on a late night call, and still related his personal concern for my air condition issue It was as if he was working for his own family My sincere appreciation goes out to him and Conway Services

Most recently I was/am experience multiple issues (both plumbing and air) at the same timeTrue to form, the professionals at Conway didn't disappoint! I want to recognize each person individually because they all work so hard and have such great personalities that have made even these most frustrating days as easy as they possibly could! (Sorry in advance for the long review to follow.) Fred B (Plumbing) - Was very polite, considerate and detailed walking me through each step of his findings to resolve our drainage issuesHe answered all of my questions and used visual examples on the truck to help me understand everything discussedI appreciate so much his wonderful demeanor! He recommended having additional diagnostics done (free of charge) which proved to be VERY necessary in identifying a major issue Jesse (Plumbing) - Was extremely enthusiastic, also very polite and knowledgeableJesse identified an issue that if not found when it was would have most certainly created catastrophic damage to our property in the futureWhich of course means fixing it could be very costly and absolutely more than we pargoned for when we opted for the diagnosticsEven though the message he delivered was quite a shock and a bit overwhelmingIt couldn't have come from a nicer and more understanding technicianHe stayed at my home for hours after the testing was done, made calls to help ease my concerns and couldn't have done more to make sure I understood every option/outcome! Marcus (Heating & Cooling) - Was again, very politeHe walking in with a big smile and managed to keep it even though my home was no less than degrees! Marcus was very detailed and documented every observation even breaking them down by priorityKnowing that my outside unit was at least years old, he was proactive in already having set up a call for someone to come right after his visit to walk me through my options for both replacement and repair Coleman & Robert (Comfort Advisors) - The comfort advisors with Conway do a wonderful job of working the numbers while also keeping the customer in focusI don't know that there are words that would adequately express how wonderful they are! Coleman was very upbeat and sat with me reviewing all of the options available, working numbers, reworking numbers, and then triple working the numbers to help make this large (unexpected) expense as manageable as possible for me and my familyAll the while having a tremendous personality helping me laugh to keep from crying! :) Robert was so wonderful taking a call on my behalf after hours to coordinate with Coleman in order to ensure that we received the very best pricing to address the multiple issues going onI am very appreciative for all of the help, concern and honesty Robert provided! Once again, conway didn't disappoint! Repairs to begin todayI will report back on their wonderful work after!
Mike Hand his coworker DeShun D arrived on time, protected our carpet, worked nonstop until they finished around 8:p.m They worked about hours and could not have been more professional, polite, and helpful They cleaned up after themselves and at all times were very eager to explain what they were doing and offer how much longer the work would take
