I received a call from SunTrust on 9/telling me to disregard the letter dated 9/and that we would be receiving new letters regarding a recast for November as well as information on what needed to be completed in order to eliminate the mortgage insurance. As of today, I have not received those letters. This proposal is acceptable but would like to receive the communications as soon as possible so that we can move ahead with the compromise that was offered
