I just received in the mail an invoice for $180. I called web.com, whom I have a current website with and I am up to date. They are not affiliated with this company. The letter stated my website was being transferred to them and I needed to renew it.

So I read the other reviews and apparently, they have changed their tactics. Now their "Solicitation" is being sent out, not with the words "Solicitation for Business" but with the word "INVOICE" in large letters at the top. A+ for effort. A+ for sneakiness. F for ethical business practices. It's a shame, too. They may actually provide a decent service.

I received a bill for $180.00 from this company requesting payment for web services for Cactus Valley Realty. Stating that I owe them money for web services for www.cactusvalleyrealty.com. The address is different than the one listed here for the complaint. The address listed on the bill is 6574 N. State Rd.7 #446 Coconut Creek Florida XXXXX. Phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX. We do not own a realty company and never have done business with this web company. Their website address is www.trendywebsolutions.com. They are billing our company and using our company name and address.

They are sending a "solicitation for business" which is clearly meant to look like a bill with RETURN SERVICE REQUESTED and an amount that is owed, account number and due date. My dad almost paid this. Thank god he asked me to look into it first. This is clearly a way of taking advantage of people that don't read much into it. I wonder how many people have sent a check. They should be closed.

This is a hideous abuse of advertising principles!! They are using a merge of our SunBiz government sight to coerce people into blindly paying a bill that moves their website. This is not an ethical business and it deeply concerns me that people may fall for this.

They can send an invoice with a due date after I request their services. They deserve an 'F' rating!

Absolutely a *** ARTIST running this business. I am appalled they have not been shut down with their deceptive direct mail solicitation and shady business practice of sending a faux "invoice" for web hosting services that the business receiving the "invoice" is NOT under contract with. "Sunshine Biz Services" claims this is simply a "solicitation" per a bold disclaimer buried in their text. As a representative of my local advertising and marketing community, I abhor their intention to run a "business" with this sort of practice.

Unscrupulous Advertising
We received what appeared to be an invoice for $180 for website hosting for our company. We know that this is not the company that hosts our website. But the wording in the third paragraph warns: Failure to renew your web hosting by expiration date may result in website outage of your online identity making it difficult for your customers to reach you on the web. Yes, it does say in bold that this is a solicitation. However this company presents it as an invoice with a warning to the recipient. I wonder how many unsuspecting people have sent money to them. A reputable company would not advertise in such an unscrupulous manner. When I looked online, I was shocked to see how many others were appalled by this unscrupulous advertising practices of this company! It is scamming.

My partner without realizing that this is a scam paid the $180.00.
On 7/15/2019 my partner wrote a check in the amount of $180.00 to Sunshine Biz Services. He was not aware that Sunshine Biz Services is not our web hosting company. We need a full refund

Very misleading. They sent what looks like an invoice about renewing webhosting.
Received what looks like an invoice saying to renew webhosting services it will be $180. I looked up our web hosting info and we have never done business with them. They make you think you are a customer.

"Sunshine Biz Svcs" sent an inv for web hosting svcs for $180 that we submitted for pymt to our A/P dpt that we believed to be for our pt portal. SCAM
We received and invoice for Web Hosting in the amt of $180.00 for our website and pt. portal. Submitted to AP for payment only to get our original invoice 111.26. The invoice they presented to our practice represented as our original Web provider with all of our web listing and Portal information. We had no reason to think it was fraudulent. We want them pursued, removed and our monies refunded.

Received an invoice for Yearly Web Hosting which is not legitimate.
Received an invoice via USPS dated 5-1-19 for yearly web hosting for the business. The invoice includes a fictitious account number and includes our correct address. We conduct no business with Sunshine Biz Services nor trendywebsolutions.
