I have contacted this company on numerous occasions regarding a fee of $** dollars that constantly gets added to my billingWhen contacting several people about this, I was assured that because the bill is through bill pay with *** ***, the payment would be removedNow, I am being told that unless they can have access to my bank account, that charge will continueFurther, they have us locked into a year contract that was not explained in any way that this would occur

My wife and I were interested in obtaining information on going solar at our homeA sales person from Sunrun Inc came to our homeHe stated that right now the US Government has an excess in moneys set aside for homeowners to obtain solarWe were told that through this Government Grant we would pay nothing out of pocket and no monthly billHe then went on to say that our electric company (APS) will be renting our roof and the new electric bill will never be more than 60% of our current highest bill of the yearA few days later I was asked to sign a form to allow a roof inspection of the homeThis was the only signature I was ever asked to signA different company "Harmin" came to our home and installed the solar panelsSeveral times throughout the installation process I asked the salesman for a copy of the contract and was told the same thing "there is no contract"On Oct 10th my wife received an email stating your Sunrun monthly payment can now be viewedShe called the compan

We did a contract with sunrun for our bigger solar system in ***We also have a smaller system that was installed in ***Our system quit producing in JanuaryThey finally noticed it and they sent someone out to repair it but it took two weeks for them to get hereThey said our inverter is shotThey would order a new one and it would be here in two weeksIt is past two weeks and we are still waitingToday I got on the chat line with someone at sunrunThey said they would check and call me backNo one calledI just called again (hours later) and the person I spoke to called Sun Systems that is doing the repairHe came back on the line and said they removed the inverter and sent it for repairsI told him that was not the caseThe inverter is still hanging on the side of my house and the repair person said it was shotThe person I talked to on the phone said ah yesthey then sent something to the manufacturer for a replacement or partWhat is he making this up? Aloha, I am writing to file a formal compliant regarding Sunrun, IncSolar SystemsWe had an installation completed in January *** after a delay was finally approved for operation in May ***The Salesmen Michael Lusardi, American Electric came to our home (on behalf of Sunrun) and reviewed with us the process of installation and assured us that solar would generate enough power to reduce our monthly electric bill to approximately $18.00/per monthThe total cost for the installation was $***Within the last months of being operational, the system has NOT produced as it was expectedSunrun confirmed our system was not operating at full capacity (email attached) and was producing Kilowatts per hour which was supposed to be 8,Kilowatts per hour (copy of 1st page agreement attached)American Electric on behalf of Sunrun has sent a service tech out on at least three (3) different occasionsThe service tech has told us he had no idea why this system was not running

Worst customer service everSales manager *** ***(Des Planes, IL) was hard to reachI was tried to get a quote for a week but always had an excuseI never received the price and panel spec sheet I was asking.I called him times, sent emails, and even called customer service asking to call me backThey are not interested in your business at allDon't waist you time

A leak in my attic started exactly days after the solar system installation directly below where the system was installed and also below where the installation crew installed temporary safety anchorsdays after the leak was first noticed mold was discovered growing within the attic and witnessed by a Sunrun representativeToday (***) is day #with a potential health hazard in my home and they have yet to commit to any repairs or remediation despite making more than visits to my homeSunrun has had roofers visit my home only to blame house construction for condensation despite the fact that there was never a leak or mold growth prior to the installation of their systemI have ofA Sunrun hygienist is scheduled to visit ***

I am filing this complain on my tenants behalfthis Company installed panels on my rental property and tenants are willing to move out because Solar Panels have NOT been working the way they should and they are paying extra money towards their electric billsPer my tenants, they have called the company several times to have the issue resolved and every time they called, they failed to get someone from the company to come down and have a look on the panelsif solar panels fail to generate electricity , then it's a totally advertisement OR if they need repair and company is not willing to assist my tenants then it's a clear poor customer service signI do not want to lose my tenants just because of this issueI demand the company to come down to the house and make necessary repairs

SunRun installed a residential solar systemAfter numerous attempts to have them repair stucco on the wall where there was repair/construction done, the repair is still unacceptable

We contacted SunRun customer service 3-weeks ago in regards to a major roof leak due to SunRun's improper installationA SunRun representative scheduled a roof inspection to only temporarily seal the roof, but didn't address the existing damage caused due to the installationWe were told that a representative from your contact will contact us to schedule an appointment to fix the damage however it's been over weeks now and no one has got back to usI called customer service again today to try and schedule an appointment for a repair technician from SunRun to come and repair the structural damage of the roof and the stuccos caving inI was told from the representative that the person covering our location (The East Bay) named *** was suppose to reach out to us to schedule an appointmentHe never didI was given John's cell phone number at *** to reach out to him in regards to this issue but he won't pick up his phoneI'm incredibly upset and disappointed at the poor service we've receivedThe longer the damaged roof is left unfixed, the more damage we will receive from interior mold/mildew, ceiling damage, possible fire hazard from shortened wires, and compromised structural integrity from the severe water damage

sunrun solar guaranteed to supply me with 900kw of power for the sum of $a monthsolar system has under produced since day oneI have been calling them for years and had to wait till after that time to get a responseThey said they checked on some other systems in the neighborhood and as far as they can tell they are all under producing, so I am producing along the average in the area and its OKunder production a couple months ago was 60% they said this would be more than enough to cover my electricity charges with ***This is what I based my descision on and this is what I am paying foradvertising and lying sales guy and breach of contract !!!!!

Buyer beware, do not use Sunrun for your solar power needs They have the worst Customer Care team in the retail business Once they have you under contract you're stuck for the life of the contract and will never get any response from their so called Customer Care should you need them They tell you a bunch of lies and after a short while will not respond to any questions and/or concerns DON'T USE THEM!!

We had solar panels on our homeOur lease was completely paid offWe suffered a house fire and most of the solar panes were removed and placed in our backyardWe psi $*** to have the solar panels removed and reinstalled once construction on our home was completedOnce construction was complete in October of *** we began contacting the company to have the solar panels installedAfter many calls and emails no one has reached out to us regarding how to resolve this problemThe trash from the solar panels being removed is still in our yard from July ***No one knows who is responsible for the money that was paid and for the refund of our unused lease

Terrible experience with this company from their product to their customer serviceSo much to say don't even know where to startSigned up for solar with Sunrun in June panels were not working for months and called in all the time but they kept giving me the run aroundMeanwhile getting regular bills from dwp and from sunrun finally came out and fixed my unit months later still under producing big time which means I have bills one from dwp and one from sunrunWORST company EVER!!!

On October 18, (weeks ago) Ryan *** a representative from Think Green (sent on Sunrun's behalf) came out to give us a presentation about getting solar panels for our homeSunrun was running a promotion offering an iPad mini to those who listened to a presentation on solar panels in their homeAfter our hour presentation, Ryan told me to call *** to redeem my iPad miniI called the number and spoke with Jessica who told me I should receive the iPad mini in 6-weeksAccording to the Promotional Redemption Form I filled out on November 9, (weeks ago) I should receive the iPad mini in 4-weeksIt has now been weeks since we listened to Ryan's presentation about solar panels and weeks since I filled out the redemption formI still haven't received the iPad miniI left messages and did speak with*** at *** last week who informed me that Ryan has never worked for Think Green, even though I have the card he gave me with his nam
