Review: Our contract was signed on 3/10/13 the project would be done by beginning of may. Panels were installed mid April,and waited for electrical upgrade. We waited for weeks and months before they came out to do electrical panel upgrade and failed permit, electrician came out weeks later failed again big time,went to permit office and talked with them and was ask if they were on, [redacted] told the electrician to accidentally leave them on for Clean power Finance , the permit office told me with all the corrections which needed to be done that our main power from [redacted] should have been turned off until corrections done, which was told was a fire hazard to our home. We have had promises which never happen never any call backs even talked with owner [redacted] and after that went right back to the same thing no change.In my contract states you do not need to add additional home owners insurance, but called my insurance company and was told once they are attached to the roof they need to be added leased or own, which makes my premium go up and want them to adjust for that mistake. Have talked with [redacted] and [redacted] and was always told to call them back and talk with them but I was told that if I don't add them by next April my policy will be dropped. From 3/10/13 to today 8/1/13 system not operational. Was always told our contract was filed in March and was told my contract was filed 7/15/13 and was rejected because of sun shade test results were incorrect because it was never done that test was done a few days ago and then my contract was submitted I dont understand why I was always told it was in and things moving along but was lied to the entire timeDesired Settlement: I want the system up and working , I want a correction for the difference in my home owners insurance and I need them to pay the [redacted] bills like they promised( have emails to prove that). I need my electrical panel repaired quickly before they either turn off my power or have a fire and would like a formal apology for all the headache they put on me,this has created so much stress and has effected my health, GET THIS DONE ASAP PLEASE!

Regarding Mr. [redacted] complaint. This customer is in Ca. Which we have a separate corp. for Ca. Again as we spoke before. Also this complaint is not accurate about contacting us and call backs. This person has been compensated for his power bills by Summerwind and has been completed. Summerwind has gone out of its way to do whatever it takes to make this customer happy but at this point do not know if that is possible. We have completed the job and believe he is happy now. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The office is in [redacted] but the owners are in Arizona. When there employees were fired from the california office there was no one to contact and calls went un answered and we were left in the dark. The owner may be confusing us with issues from another customer that is happy and complete. The issues still stand as follows.1) We have not been compensated for our electrical bills.2) The electrical and installation has not passed [redacted] city permit inspection.3) The system has not passed [redacted] inspection.4) The system is not up and running.Regards,[redacted]

I was over there to look at several installations we have there I also went to Mr. [redacted] home to see first hand what exactly has happened.1. We are in the process of replacing his roof at no cost.2. I have a supervisor there full time while work is being completed.3. We are doing everything humanly possible to make them happy.He has stated he was happy with the process and I will personally follow up to make sure. Do you need anything else from me?

Installing solar panels was the best thing. Summer Wind Solar did a great job. I am eagerly waiting for the best results coming this month. I definitely recommend getting in touch with Summer Wind Solar for solar panel installations
