This information was presented to you prior to purchase when you were asked to review your reservation, including the terms associated with cancellations or changes. When you purchased your reservation, you agreed to those terms. I am rejecting this response because: The ad (attached) clearly mentions that a.) it'll be a hotel and b.) it'll be similar to [redacted], [redacted] and Holiday Inn - what they gave me instead was a hotel apartment. Why didn't the ad say that it could be a hotel apartment? If I had know that they could have given a hotel apartment as well then I wouldn't have booked the express deal at all in the first place. It's a misleading ad as you ca see above. And hence I contacted customer care right away in an attempt to cancel the reservation. And following which I booked another "hotel" not a hotel apartment with another website.

I am rejecting this response because: I understand if Priceline admitted to any wrongdoing, they would be in a tough bind since I am clearly not the only customer to complain about their lack of transparency. I ask for nothing back from them but I do ask that Priceline change their current listings (which are the same as they were when I used their services) and be CLEAR and HONEST about how it does business and not bury their bait and switch tactics in the fine print of their customer agreements, to do otherwise is cheating their customers.

I am rejecting this response because:  this particular hotel selection offered a room choice.  Most options do not offer this selection.  I actually got to choose my room offering two beds per room.  Don't offer this option if you cannot deliver.  False advertising and misleading!I'm quite familiar with Priceline and have used this many times.  This option gives the customer false expectation to what they think they are purchasing.Also, their customer service is quite short and impatient with my questions and concerns.  They have disconnected from my conversations three times!  Rude!

I am rejecting this response because:I did not input my name into the terms and conditions section - as I told the representatives when speaking with them, I was told I would have to input my name to accept charges, but there was not anything that popped up, or even an agree button.... it automatically charged my card.I have spoke with the hotel management, and they informed me this happens REGULARLY and they are so sorry I even attempted to book through them.this room is suppose to be for a wedding and priceline doesnt even have the right customer service to offer me the wedding price after their website glitches. I understand they feel they cannot give me my money back and thats fine, I still need the room, however, they are almost $40 more expensive than the wedding price!I spent 4 hours trying to work something out - as an unhappy customer, I believe there is something that priceline can do for their consumers.

I am rejecting this response because:This is not true, on the other hotel pages, it's clearly shows the hotel resort fees, the exact amount and total for number of nights, saying maybe hotel will charge is misleading, I could have avoided this hotel and not book it, you can spin this all you want BUT I WILL NOT PAY IT AND FILE MORE COMPLAIN WITH OTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCIES OR MY ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE.
