Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: without the ability to contact a customer service representative these assurances are meaningless. So many of my emails were ignored for so long, I have no reason to assume any future emails will be any less ignored, and the phone system doesn't even have a working message machine. Spunky's seems to have no interest in giving me any sort of timeline, either. It has been three months. How much longer? That's all I ever wanted to know. How much longer? Another three months? Another six? A year? Does no one truly have any idea? I want to know, or I want a refund. And as I said before, I'm willing to mail the item back to get that refund. I just don't want to be jerked around anymore and have my umpteenth attempt to contact the company met with generic goodwill. Sincerely, [redacted] ***

This was the last email we received from Mr *** Since we did not have an ETA on the arrival of his piece, we decided to not escalate the situation and refund his money as requested
