I am rejecting this response because:
I am rejecting this response because USAA response was a lot of spur of the moment liesSaid I made phone calls to them when I didn't allegations about me knowingly driving my car home without oilNo facts were in their responseJust a three page response of lies to deny my claimI'm still trying to figure out when they sent a physical damage specialist out to look at my car to help deny my claimOnly person that looked at my car was a none Revdex.com Accredited appraisal that only wrote up what was told to her by the claims adjusterI was told three different stories about my carClaims adjuster told me the motor was damaged due to backing out the garageHis manager said it was due to AutoNation not putting oil in the car after they repair itThey continue to say the motor was seized after it was started up in the garage but how is that possible I got it back from the shop and put over a thousand miles on it? I'm very upset that this company is continuing to deny my claim on liesWhere was this physical damage specialist when the car first went into the shop?? The undercarriage of my car was hit and who knows what else was damaged? I guess we'll never knowI'm very unsatisfied with their responseI'm tired of being brushed off

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
While USAA's response was not untrue it does not reflect that it took attempts on my part to get an "somewhat complete" affidavit which I signed and returned on 04/07/16. The experience with USAA will not be soon forgotten.
Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:I am not disputing what was owed If you look at the noted I was trying to pay What I am disputing is the lack of training your employees haveWhat was said to me was not what is now being presentedI feel like I am explaining this a million times and it's honestly, redicilous I tried to bring up my concern after my first phone call with Revdex.com and he was respectful and understood where I was coming from You're response had nothing to do with what I explained to the previous manager, if you train your employees to hang up on customers and treat them like garbage there's something wrongI told the gentleman from Revdex.com that I'm more frustrated with the lack for clarity and communication between customer and employee. regards,
