I am rejecting this response because: The message sent as of February 11, only amplifies my dispute. USAA refuses to enter into Voluntary Arbitration and hasdisplayed no willingness to argue Contract language -- Buyer Beware: USAA is holding all "Hit-and Run" Vehicle Damage as Collision, with noexception; although, "***" (Object dashes into another parked object) "is not" expressed in there contract. By definition, *** is notcollision (moving object(s)). Moreover, Plaintiff is moving toward charges of Fraud (fabricating repair estimates) with the State Insurance Commission (USAA has no photos is justify settlement offer of $21.95; and has ignored submitted repair estimate). regards,
