I am rejecting this response because: I already paid my account and have not received any refund for all the late payments they charged Until I received refund I am rejecting any response We have always send the payment on time and until this past months when we only have a year left finish paying the card now they are saying the payments are late Until I received a check with the late payments I already paid I will not be satisfied with the outcome
