Upon researching this customers history more we were able to find a third order The customer placed the first order with a typo in their email address (which is how we locate all orders under a customers account) which we have fixed so now all their orders show up under their account with us This is why only two order were originally found Again we are very sorry for the confusion and not finding the order when the customer originally contacted us If the customer does decide to return any of the items we will be happy to supply a return label and the customer will not be charged a restocking fee

This customer can return the shoes for a defect review, however if no defect is found the items will not be accepted back We ask the customer contact our customer service department for the address to return the items to
Again, we sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding shipping times. Because the item did ship next day as promised, we will not be able to refund the shipping costs. We will still be happy to help the customer process a return or exchange in accordance with our return policy if she does not want to keep the shoes

We would like to thank the customer for shopping with us and we would be very happy to help the customer We have responded to multiple emails the customer has sent informing the customer we are unable to find the order and have requested more information We have tried looking up this
customers order using the information the customer has provided in her Revdex.com message and are still unable to find the order In one email we did supply a link to an item on our own website for a similar item due to the fact we cannot find this customers order We ask that this customer please supply ShoeBuy with any of the following information: - ShoeBuy Order Number - Alternate Email Address used to place order - Full name and Zip Code of Shipping Address Once we have this information we will be able to find the order and we will be happy to take a look and see exactly what has happened We do understand this is very frustrating for the customer and we look forward to assisting the customer soon

I have not received my package at allIt was delivered to my apartment complex, signed and stolen by someone with a last name "***." I was not home at the time the package was delivered, nor did I have anyone at my apartment on that day to sign for the packageI don't know why *** is falsely claiming that the package was signed and delivered to the rightful person, but it was notI call *** at least, three times per weekI have also called Shoebuy on multiple occasions to figure out what's the next step*** has blatantly lied and given information about this incidentI am still waiting to receive an explanation of why I have yet to be refunded my money, since I NEVER received the package I ordered over weeks ago

Attached please see the "Free Shipping + Free Returns no worries!" directly from the home page of Shoebuy.com. In fact it is clearly displayed at least two time directly on the home page and repeated throughout the order, purchase, and shipment process. They are just ripping people off with lies and claims. The buyer needs to know this. It is as clear as their website

I never confirmed with *** via phone that I received the items*** notified me to contact shoebuy because they were forced to pay a claim because the items were stolenSo not only did *** pay you for the stolen items I also paid in full for items I did not receiveYou have solved nothing! But you sure got paid twice.
