Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Seneca's responses added that they could not continue to investigate without "more information," presumably with respect to the missing payment I received a called this afternoon from Seneca and the check (dated 31Mar) had officially been located I would like to know if the payment had been on Seneca's premises on or around the 31Mar date, or if there was an issue with the courier If this had been received in a reasonable time, I call into question Seneca's accounts receivable functions especially since they are managing huge sums of money I would also like to know why BoA needs to send mailed checks instead of electing for an electronic transfer, which, in theory, would have avoided this problem Regards, [redacted] ***
