I am rejecting this response because: as I stated before, the agents have been telling me they are sending the selection form for me to choose which gift card I want to get, however, I have yet to get that formWhat they continue to send me is the application that is originally sent when I first placed the orderThe one we have to fill out and send in in order for the selection form to be sentWhy, if they show I have the Selection form, do I have multiple applications instead of the selection form? Again, it is ridiculous how this has been going since June and June is approaching again and still I have yet to receive that SELECTION FORMI even asked if it could be sent to menu UPS or where a signature is required to show proof of me getting the paymentThis was firmly DeniedThey have no record of me receiving the selection form but I have proof of multiple applications of the request for the selection form to be sent to meThis is proof they are sending me the wrong form instead of the Selection formThe notes even say in their system that I have more than one account numberHow can I have more than one account number when I only signed up for Value Plus one time? They have sent me multiple forms and when I say I don't have the selection form, they said I have to wait until it has been days.This is insulting that I am going through this for a measly gift card but if people let companies like Value Plus get away with this, they will continue to take advantage of usThere is no reason I should be having to take these measurementsAgain, I do not have the Selection formPlease resolve this matter

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I have notified this business by phone as my previous email stated. I've told them to cancel my Father (*** ***) subscription to these magazines. Not only have they not complied, but they continue to charge his account. I've noticed several complaints on line about this business doing this illegally to people. My Dad never signed a contract. I just don't understand why they can't just continue to not charge his account

I am rejecting this response because:When I originally called to find out about the
charges made to my account in February 2018, the representative was very rude on the phone, and would not or could not tell me what I had ordered originally and would not let me speak to someone who could help me. They also refused to tell me the name of the business and I was actually hung up on. I called a 2nd time immediately following the 1st call I made and received the same treatment and was hung up on a 2nd time. I then made a 3rd call immediately following and managed to get a response from the representative who could also not tell me what I had ordered, but agreed to cancelled any further monthly billing. I also managed to get the company information so that I could write a letter to the Revdex.com regarding this matter. Now I see in the letter sent to the Revdex.com from MrDavid ***, Director of Call Center Operations and Consume Affairs of Sempris, LLC that it was for the purchase of Gotham Steel kitchenware (it was for a frying pan) that in fact I did pay for on 10-5-and did receive. After receiving this item, I called prior to the end of the day trial period to cancel this subscription. Now I see the subscription was never in fact cancelled by Sempris, LLCwho continued to bill me monthly.I have in fact received a credit from them for $99.80. I would like to be credited from the first months billing since I did call to cancel. Furthermore, due to the treatment I originally received, I did not trust that Sempris would give me the opportunity to request a refund of the remaining payments. I will be sure to check the mail for Sempris request for refund for the remaining payments and will get it off to them immediately. I do not want to close out this claim with the Revdex.com until such time as I do get a full refund of monies minus the cost of the frying pan.Thanks you very much for your time,*** ***

There is no purchase that can be associated with this membership as described by this companyDiscover card cannot find it eitherThis has been a fraudulent charge and no membership materials were received to give us the option of cancelling after the "14-day trial period." I am rejecting this response because:there is little truth to what they are claiming,I rejected the gas vouchers because they want you to spend more money before you get the free prize I don't want to spend more money to get gas so I opted for the25.00gift Card at Walmart,these people are committing fraud getting consumer to buy into this plan with no intentions to honor what it says all I want is what I opted for and this goes away
