Just moved into area, happy with the experience.
Your first thought when you pull into a car dealership is "here come the vultures". We were greeted by Phillip B and I knew right away he was the guy I wanted to deal with. We had spoken to another person on the phone but I insisted to deal with Phil. He was by far the most "human" sales person we've ever had to deal with. We had originally went to look at a used vehicle, and after spending the day (our choice) with Phil, we chose a brand new 4Runner. I highly suggest and strongly reccomend David Maus and Phillip B. This is how car buying should be... no pressure.
My husband and I were very pleased with our buying experience at David Maus Toyota. Kyle C wasn't pushy and David S gave us a good deal!
I recently purchased a 2019 RAV4 and had such a great experience! Sadie was my salesperson and she is the best! I was waiting for another associate that I know who works there to help me figure out the best option for financing my car. Sadie was patient and actually had me go with her on a trip to a local store to purchase a wallet for a veteran who had just purchased a new car. I admire her compassion and wanting to do a good deed for someone else. This made me trust her with advice on my purchase even more. She showed that humanity side and that she actually cared for her customers. When it came to finance my car, Andrew Reyes is as good as they come. This is the 3rd RAV4 I have purchased with his help. Please recognize these two associates! They are truly assets to your team and I will be recommending all of my friends to come see them when purchasing a vehicle!!
Sadie made it so easy. She showed us a great car and while we came just to look we ended up buying a Rav 4.The entire experience made us feel good and very professional workers .

I genuinely hate dealing with car dealerships but David Maus Toyota has been the exception. Twice my car has needed service due to a manufacturer's recall and I have taken it to David Maus Toyota. Both times their staff we friendly, polite, timely and informative. Most of all and to my amazement they weren't ever overbearing, pushy or annoying! No one tried to "upsell" me on services or harass me about buying a new car. One sales person did call and when I told her I wasn't interested she thanked me for my time and politely hung up. I won't be replacing my car any time soon but when I do I will definitely visit this David Maus. I still can't believe I wrote something nice about a car dealership!

Well, today has been the most MESSED up day EVER!!!
I went to bring my new car up to DAVID MAUS TOYOTA OF SANFORD to have them look at the hood cause was shaking from it being in an accident (reason for me finding out it was in an accident cause I had my brother take a look and to see why the hood was shaking and he showed my that the whole front beam was bent) that they NEVER disclosed to me. Well my friend that works there sent me the car fax that "I signed" to show me. Well for 1, I never seen the car fax. They only told me about the improvements they made. 2, my "signature" was FORGED!! Not ONE OF MY SIGNATURES even on my drivers license it doesn't match or look anything like the one one this ***. So at first the manager by the name of Joseph C came to speak to me and said "we will get you in another car but can't reverse the deal and I may lose money" I said no and he came back and said "This is what we're going to do, I'm going to go get your old car from auction, give you your car purchased from us and They didn't want me doing business with them"
The car I got for my trade in is still in my name. NO paper work was signed! They basically stole it!!!
I now have my old car back. Not knowing WHAT was done to it.
NOW my old car is making noises I've never heard before and there are a few ants on the inside!!! Omg!! Who knows what was done to it while they had it for 3 weeks!!! I'm so mad I could scream!!!!!!
They didn't even make me sign any type of paperwork for me being forced to take back my old car for NO REASON!!! I did nothing but want the hood fixed to my new car and they treat me like this!?!?!
These people are GUILTY!!!
There are cameras in every office and they didn't even offer to pull them and watch to see how many papers I did sign!?!
I retained a lawyer and have contacted local news stations!
I purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla and was only provided one key for said vehicle.
I purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla from this dealership on January 12, 2019. After the sale was complete, I was given one key for the vehicle. The car also did not come with floor mats. I requested another key and was told they sell these cars at low cost and they will not pay for another key. I spoke with the Salesman, Finance Manager, and Sales Manager and all stated they would not give me a second key. The sales manager referred me to my local pop a lock, however they cannot program the key. The only option I have is to go to a dealership. The approximate cost for a second key is $125. I spent my earned money on this vehicle and all I am requesting is a second key despite it has no floor mats.
I would like a second key for my vehicle.
We provided the customer with as many keys that were provided to us by the previous owner. The sales price did not include any additional keys. In an effort to assist customers who want additional keys, we offer to cut additional keys at internal pricing.

I spent several thousand dollars in this car. Furthermore, I negotiated the price for this car .I see no reason they cannot provide an additional key that cost at most $125. This key cannot be just cut it has to be programmed which can only be done at a dealership. Also I do not live local so it's difficult to do anything. Again, I am simply asking for an additional key.
Any additional keys would have to be purchased by the customer. We provided the customer with the keys we had for the vehicle.
Great dealership with my highest recommendation. The service and parts department were great, I felt very comfortable bringing my 2018 Toyota Tacoma in for service.
I have purchased several vehicles from David Maus Toyota, they have always treated me with respect, even when asking obvious questions about maintenance. They have gone out of the way to ensure that all my concerns are addressed and are an exceptional dealership. I will continue to use them for future vehicle service and for purchasing a new vehicle.
Purchased a 2018 Toyota Prius Prime Advanced from Sam B at David Maus Toyota. The entire purchasing experience from initial email inquiries to delivery could not have been a more positive or satisfying experience! Sam went out of his way to find the Prime Advanced in my first color choice! Since taking delivery I am exceptionally pleased with everything about the vehicle, especially since averaging in 70 MPG range for each of the last four fill ups. I can easily get 900 miles on a tank of gas because I can plug in at work!

I've never had my car serviced anywhere other than David Maus Toyota. Jimmy has been my rep for a while. Very knowledgeableand helpful. I have a Prius I bought from them in 2005. Great car, great service and it is still chugging along. They care about customer service and will bend over backwards to make you happy. I am glad I get to work with the same person too who knows the history of my car.
I was greeted as soon as I got out of my car. The salesman was very considerate and kind. When it came down to our final offer the salesman said it would not be accepted and I said to go ask. He did and my offer was accepted. I felt good about everything when I drove my new car off the lot.
Fantastic experience again. Have purchased before and based on past and current experience would highly recommend!
