I am rejecting this response because:The company is a home warranty and refused to send a service person told me to replace. I found the best replacement price to be $333.94...
and I supplied this to Select. They reviewed and still came back with $95.00, This was the most basic unit downgrade not upgrade. I feel they owe 333.94-45.00 deductible.

I am rejecting this response because: the information I received from the salesperson, and in writing said my platinum contract covers air conditioning. The document I received showed no delimiters, no exclusions. I only received something saying freon is not covered AFTER the technician performed a diagnosis. I have asked the business to cover the cost of a/c since air conditioning is not air conditioning without Freon!

we have approved a $375 reimbursement for the garage door .
The customer was sent a Refund check back on 10/22/2015. The customer was contacted via email and they verified the mailing address and we mailed the check.The customer's account has been refunded and closed for 3 months.
We have been trying to reach the customer but have not heard back. Please call Mr [redacted] at ###-###-#### for help.

I am rejecting this response because:The reason I spend $400 a year is to make sure there will be a tech fix my house appliances when...
needed. Select provide me a phone number and when I call the plumber they assign to me told me they don't have contract woth select. And let me wait for another 2 days and I have to find my own contractor. I think I have been waisted my $400 with no services.

The customer was not promises a check as per the previous response, it states customer will be refunded directly back to their card, we never stated a check would be issued.The customer was refunded as per the Terms of Agreement, we have no reason to further contact the customer, if the customer has any questions or concerns regarding the refund theymay contact our customer service department.
The customer has been refunded via credit card on 1/19/2016
We made a few attempts to reach the customer, they have not responded. For help with this issue they may call Mr [redacted]
We have submitted the customers cancellation request. As soon as the customers refund check is issued it will be mailed out.
The customer had the home since June, they could have maintenance performed when the moved in the home as well as in November/December which is 6 months apart.Select Home Warranty has offered the customer the amount of 150.00 per the Terms of Agreement for not having maintenance records.The customer had an opportunity to resolve the matter with Select Home Warranty, but, they requested to cancel and has been subject to the Cancellation Policy as well. See Below: 13.2. Cancellation by You. You may cancel this Agreement within thirty (30) days from the Order Date of this Agreement, as set forth on the schedule page accompanying this Agreement. In the event you cancel within the thirty (30) day period, the You shall be entitled to a full refund if and only if, no service has been provided under the contract. After the thirtieth day, you may receive a refund pro-rated at the non-discounted annual plan cost. A $75 cancellation fee will be charged and any service costs incurred by Select Home Warranty.
We did speak with the customer and approved a reimbursement for the claim.
Mr. [redacted] has been reimbursed 400.00 for his stove & dishwasher and has been credited on 9/19 the amount of 939.00. Select Home Warranty would like to apologize for any misunderstanding or inconvenience in the repairof his appliances.
The customers check has indeed been mailed out their check number is #[redacted]. They should receive it within the next few days.

I did call the contractor on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday as well on Friday before he fi ally responded and each time I called select home warranty they said this is the only contractor for this area and I may have to wait a week or longer if they needed to find another contractor

I am rejecting this response because: I am still waiting on the initial refund from September that was supposedly mailed 7 times already. You keep...
saying the checks in the mail, but every time I talk to someone new they say sorry, your check will go out tomorrow/next week etc...what are the check numbers and date they were mailed???
