I am a customer of Sach Solutions for several years and they have been able to fix every issue that our computers have faced. I wish the hackers would get a life, but I am very happy that Sach Solutions have stayed ahead of the hackers and can get rid of them before our computers are completely taken over by them!

Your badgering, rude, ‘talk-through-me’ phone callers have been phoning me anywhere between once a month to (recently) every second day, for about four years! (Check this against your records, please.)

There is no point to your calls either, as I would most obviously never use your services. I did once, a few years ago (a very bad mistake on my part), and you made a complete mess of my computer. I had to have a Staples Company tech come to my house to repair the damage you caused to my computer.

Therefore, since I’ve been telling your callers, weekly and even more (recently) to stop harassing me by phone, it seems, they are deliberately playing a harassment “game” just for their own perverse amusement.

Or is this your own “sick” company policy? (I find that hard to believe because you are opening yourself to police intervention, not to mention bad publicity on customer websites Yelp, etc.).

I have had your numbers blocked.

Your game has now increased to your using “unknown numbers.”

I have now involved my phone company and the Canadian National Police (the RCMP).

What you are doing is in fact illegalsee below.

Your callers refuse to get off the phone when I tell them to stop calling me. They then become outright abusive.

This behaviour is beyond harassment; it is truly sick, and even “threatening.”

My telephone company has now blocked all “unknown callers” (including Sach Solutions). And the Canadian Police (RCMP) have been notified, and are authorised to trace and charge you with criminal harassment.



The Columbia Valley RCMP Detachment has recently received numerous complaints of harassment that stem from unwanted phone calls, text messages on the phone and Facebook, reports S/Sgt. [redacted]
In many instances, more so with phone and text messages, it can be determined who the author is, he noted.
“Any criminal activity can be dealt with immediately. Harassing type calls are normally dealt with by the person receiving the harassing calls telling the person to stop making contact. This normally does not work,” Shehovac said.
However, the police can document that the victim at least attempted to deal with the situation, he pointed out.
“When the police are involved we will look at the circumstances and warn the person to stop making contact and explain the consequences if it does not stop.
“In most cases this resolves the issue. In those cases where the person continues to make the unwanted contact the victim is requested to complete a log of all the contacts and at some point the numerous contacts and the documentation in the log book is enough to warrant a criminal charge of harassment,” he explained.
