I have used Sach Solutions for about 3 years now. I am completely satisfied with their help and service that I have had with the company. They have resolved several issues that I had experienced over the years, and 3 computers. They have been honest and always very helpful in any issues that I experienced with my PC. Several scammers have been trying to gain access to my computer claiming that they were from Sach Solutions, either from maintenance dept or credit dept. for which I almost fell for. Scammers trying to gain access to my financial banking info etc. and a couple of time holding my PC hostage if I did not comply. I would contact Sach and asked if they were calling any customers regarding an issue of server problems etc. Learned that they were not having any server issues. They explained to myself that they have been receiving complaints from other clients of same issue. Scammers were bugging me for weeks and weeks on end. Sach instruction to me was: do not give out any personal info or allow anyone else to access my PC. I am very happy with the very helpful IT tech staff. I am in Canada and they have saved my computer many times. Excellent service with this company and they also produce a proper written contract for their services. Other companies have never offered this kind of trust. As it is difficult to trust anyone over the internet these days.

I was ready to throw my hp printer out the window. [redacted] online support was unable to help me the first time and I almost gave up hope. Then, today, as a last ditch resort, I tried again. Long story short: I was introduced to the best support team on earth. My technician, Enrique, stuck by me and fixed my problem beautifully although this took him many hours. I watched from my home office as he made a gargantuan effort to leave no technical stone unturned. This was very difficult and yet Enrique never lost his cool and was always polite and he was a great communicator throughout. I would recommend him for a big raise $$$$$. Thank you so much for taking me under your wing. .
