Sac city motors.. what can I say. Well I bought a ford expedition . For some reason when I got home I looked back to see the seat for the very back and they were gone!! I calld the dealer. [redacted] to ask him wat happend to my seats and he said he took them out?!?! Without even mentioning to him and he does not want to give them back. And the very first day driving the truck I knew something was wrong I took it back and it was the catalystics since it wasnt even a week that I told the dealer he had his mechanic fix it.but when his mechanic tried to fix it and he forgot to screw the catalystics back on !!and gave us the truck sayin/ it was good my husband took it back so he could fix it and the truck was still having the same issues I told emad the dealer about it but he denies to fix it I have had this truck for less than a month and its just parked their because it does not work and in order for it to get fixed will cost me $2,000 . Yea so I do not recommended any kind of business here .
Review: I purchased a 2001 Pontiac Firebird from Sac City Motors on 5/9/15. Aprox 4 days later my fuel pump went out. I returned the car to the dealer for repairs. I picked the car up 2 days later. When I picked the car up it was no longer cutting off but did not drive the same. 24 to 48 hours later the check engine light came on, the fuel pump issue returned (the vehicle no longer cuts off but stalls when you accelerate), the air conditioner stop working, the rubber doughnut that holds up the tail pipe broke, the driver window gets stuck when you roll it up and down in addition to a host of other issues. I returned to the dealership to make a payment and discuss the issues with the car at which time the owner became irate and disrespectful screaming profanity and derogatory obscenities to me. In the process of being verbally attacked the receptionist pulls a knife on me. I called my mother who came to the lot to try and help resolve the matter. I expressed to the dealer at the time I was not satisfied with the condition of the car or appreciate the way he was conducting business with me not only is the care in poor working condition the mileage on meter does not match what was submitted to the finance company and how could the vehicle pass smog with the check engine light on? He stated he know longer wanted to deal with me only my mother. My mother spoke with him and asked him to make the repairs or void the contract. He agreed he would make all the necessary repairs. 3 days later I returned to the lot with my uncle to discuss the repairs or returning my money when he became irate again and told me he didn't care what I wanted he wasn't fixing anything or giving me s
t! I reached out to the finance company but have been unsuccessful with any help or direction.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the vehicle and cancel the loan. I would like a full refund on all money paid to the dealer. I would like direction on how to file an official complaint for consumers review on how this dealer conducts business.

to whom it may concernfirst : he is laying he did not put down $2000 he only put $700SECOND: HE SHOULD STOP MAKING FAKE PAY STUB AND STOP TRYING TO CHEAT THE DEALERSHIP AND FINANCE COMPANY AND I HAVE HIS FAKE PAYSTUB ON FILE THAT HE BROUGHT IT TO THE DEALESHIP SO IN THE FUTURE I AM GOING TO SEND IT TO THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY AND TO THE FRANCHISE TAX BOARD TO MAKE SURE IF HE PAYING TAX ON HIS WAGES OR ON THESE PAYSTUB . IT IS ILLEGAL AND AGINST THE LAW TO BRING A FAKE PAYSTUB TO THE PURPOSE OF BUYING ANY THING IN CALIFORNIA STATE. HE DID MAKE A BAD REPUTATION TO MY BUSINESS FROM THE FINANCE COMPANY BECAUSE I DID PROVIDE THE FINANCE WITH PAYSTUB HE BROUGHT THEM TO METHIRD: HE BOUGHT THE CAR AS IS, NO WARRANTY. AND THE CAR RUNS GOOD AND HIS MOM BROUGHT THE CAR TO ME AND DROVE IT TOGATHER AND DRIVES FINE HE IS COMPLANING THAT THE TRANSMISSION DOES NOT SHIFT FINE ASK HIS MOM ABOUT THE TRANSMISSION. IT WAS GREAT AND HIS MOM TOLD ME EXACTLY HE WANTS TO RETURN THE CAR BECAUSE HE WANTS A FANCY CAR AND TRY TO GET OUT OF THIS VEHICLE. HE COULD NOT GET APPROVED OVER $4000. I MEAN HIS MOM SHE IS MY CUSTOMER AND SHE BOUGHT FROM ME A 2012 TOYOTA CAMRY AND SHE WAS HAPPY AND SHE BROUGHT HIM TO THE DEALARSHIP TO BUY A CAR BECAUSE I TREAT HER GOOD AND WAS HONEST TO HER. I MEAN IF SHE KNOWS MY DEALERSHIP IS BAD SHE WOULD NOT BRING HER SON TO BUY A CAR.HE ALWAYS COME TO THE LOT WANTS TO FIGHT. HIM AND HIS UNCLE CAME THE OTHER DAY AND THREATEND ME AND CUSING AND YELLING. I ALMOST CALLED THE POLICE ON HIM. HE REQUESTED AFFORDABLE CAR BECAUSE I GAVE HIM A GOOD DEAL ON THIS CAR BECAUSE HIS MOM BROUGHT HIM, ALL HE WANTS TO RETURN THIS VEHICLE. WHAT IS FUNNY HE WANTS TO RETURN THIS VEHICLE AND HE WANTS HISMONEY BACK AFTER HE DROVE IT SO MANY DAYS. CALIFORNIA LAW DOES NOT PROVIDE FOR A" COOLING-OFF" OR OTHER CACELLATION PERIOD FOR A VEHICLE, YOU CANNOT CANCEL SUCH A CONTRACT FOR SIMPLY BECAUSE YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND,DECIDE THE VEHICLE COSTS TOO MUCH OR WISH YOU HAD ACCQUIRED A DIFFERENT VEHICLEHE DID SIGN ALL THE PAPER WORK AS IS AND DUE BILL SAYING NO FREE WORK HAS BEEN PROMISED TO CUSTOMERI AM PREPARING ALL THE PAPERWORK TO TAKE HIM TO SMALL CLAIM COURT FOR THE BALANCE OF THE DOWN PAYMENT. PLUS HE IS LATE ON HIS FIRST PAYMENT ALMOST 8 DAYSFINALLY I NEED FROM HIM MY BALANCE AND TRY TO FIX MY DEALERSHIP NAME REPUTATION WITH THE FINANCE COMPANY BECAUSE OF HIS FAKE PAYSTUB HE PROVIDED TO THE DEALER [redacted]SOLD AS IS NO WARRANTY AND HE TEST DROVE THE CAR AND DECIDED TO BUY IT WITHOUT WARRANTY AND NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR BECAUSE HE DROVE THE CAR TO MY LOT THE OTHER DAY AND HE NEVER HAVE ANY ESTIMATE FROM THE MECHANIC SAYING FUEL PUMP IS BAD.THANK YOULOOKING FORWARD TO HEAR FROM YOUSAC CITY MOTORS

I am rejecting this response because: I have been trying to return this vehicle since on or about the 5th day after the purchase. My mother and it went to the dealership to try and resolve this matter on multiple occasions. We left multiple messages with his reception and his wife who assured my mother and I this problem would be rectified without a problem.the owner and his staff were aware that I get paid cash for employment. Per the dealership they "just needed something in writing to verify my employment". This information was disclosed and requested prior to the finance company submission. My mother took me to the dealership because the owner owed her 600 dollars for gap insurance the owner never purchased. That money in addition to my cash makes up the down payment. All to which the owner agreed. I have been disrespected and assaulted by the owner and his staff on more than one occasion. The only reason I am returning the car is because it's a lemon and has caused issue after issue. There is no one particular thing wrong with the car but multiple things. I did not purchase a warranty but the owner agreed to fix all problems associated with the car. I did not ruin this dealerships reputation with the finance company as I did not submit false documents he and his staff did as well as paying to have the car pass smog and submitting false numbers on the contract. Non of these action were made by me. This vehicle has well over 100k miles at the time of purchase and what I put down on the car and what he submitted to the finance company does not match either. I am 19 years old I just want a fair chance at establishing my credit. If the owner would have kept his word and made the repairs I wouldn't feel as cheated. Not until he began to go back on his word did I began to realize this entire situation is fraudulent. My request is to return the vehicle and refund my money please. If we have to go to court so be it.the owner verbally assaulted mehis employee pulled a knife on methe miles on the car do not match the contractthe car fraudulently passed smogthe down payment on the contract is not what I paidwe had a verbal agreement that the owner would fix all repairs and he did not fulfill that obligationthank you for your help. Please let me know my next action.
