this customer came on may 2,and she did buy the car, It took the dealership almost two weeks to get funded on this carsome times it takes time to complete the loan stipulation to be able to get the money from the finance companyany way we got funded for this car and I went to DMV and transferred this car into customer name and send it to her by mailI do not know why she complaining because I usually transfer my cars on time because otherwise I have to pay penalty after days because I try to avoid to pay penaltyPlus I waited for the customer to provide all the paperwork like proof of resident so I can finish the loanand there is a temporary registration on the front windshield was given by the dealer and was issued to the dealer it allows the customer to drive on it for ninety daysIt was issued by the state of California to the dealerFinally I sent the registration and sticker by mail to the address [redacted] ***I transferred this vehicle to her name on 5/21/and have a copy as a proofShe called on Saturday june 13,and I told I did send it by mailshe was unpolite and said try to sue me for what California state u cannot even try to breath because first thing anybody say I want to sue.I did not do any thing wrong to violate the lawwe have to go by the law, everything was done on time and was fast

on the contract was charged $for registration and $transfer feeand went to DMV and transferred the car into her name and I had pay I believe $which expire in MAY which no problemShe came to my office and asked for registration and explain to her it expire on MAYgo HEAD PAY ON TIME to avoid penalties and I told her the car now is under your name I cannot go back to DMV and renew the registration because they are not can give me any information on the car it is under your namewhen you go pay the registration and see how much the fee and I refund you the money back whatever was charged on the contract and try to calculate the pro rated fee on April and and MAY and transfer fee which Is $I will give the money backI never refused to pay back, Plus she came and took the moneywhat she wants from me to pay the penalties on registration, because she was late on the registration, and I tolad her when she came back in MAY, pay it before DMV charge penalties and bring the registration and I refund your money because even if I go to DMV to renew the registration they have ask for my id and they never can give me any info because the car under your nameshe was okI never intent or refuse to refund the money or any extra fee which [redacted] came and took the money and told her whatever any difference in money I am willing to pay it and no problem in refunding the moneyon the contract was charged $for DMV and she came pick up the difference after transfer fee and pro rated feesome times you never know how much DMV charge on the registration.she took the money and she was okplus what ever fair I willing to do it.thank you***
