Zocdoc needs to be responsible for not educating their users properly- If this causes monetary loss to one or more users they need to be responsible and look after their users and policiesAll other agreements and fine print they might use to persuade the Revdex.com should not excuse them from their ethical responsabilities as a corporationI am debating the fact their website failed to provide accurate information, same that can be deceiving and cause someone with coverage go see a doctor and pay as if he did not have coverage at all (Even one of the ZOCDOC members agreed with me when I brought this up)

It's abundantly clear ZOCDOC has no intention of sending the e-mail as was toldThey want me to have to call them AGAIN, just to be connected to the office, provided they can get through.I tried calling the office again yesterday, rang busy, immediately disconnected, just like before

Zocdoc claimed they would do something to improve my results The person who I need to talk to and who supposedly can do something to change my results is somehow always unavailable when I attempt to contact him to discuss things One time, the answer was he will be out for the weekend The second time was he needed to reach back to me tomorrow If a client is upset and they know they need to get back to the client right away, is this the right way to respond? Is this a legitimate business or are the employees just running around and picking up the phone when they have minutes of their spare time? Regardless, it is either a horrible coincidence or they just do not have a real answer to improve results so I am being pushed around without any real answer This is what they mean by they have already attempted to resolve this with me So I am not happy with the business response

I had forgotten to clarify that I did not a get a resolution to my primary complaint which was to get a refund and why I am not satisfied with their reply I have an e-mail where they said they acknowledge to a refund my monies if I do not get results after three months. They subsequently replied to my request for a refund that they cannot refund my money because we have a one year agreement and it is non-refundable; but I did not actually sign an agreement with Zocdoc (either physically or electronically). They simply sent me a copy of an agreement AFTER I paid for the services Regards,*** *** ***

So many calls were made to them to make them aware that there was a problemThat office has had my paperwork screwed from day oneThis is a Dr.'s office for *** sakeIf they can't get it right in health care, there's a real problemI'm teetering on the edge of losing my job over it, but what does THIS company care? As long as somebody shows them the money, they DON'T careI have tried repeatedly to reach this *** forsaken ofc, it either rings busy and disconnects you immediately, if the incompetent receptionist DOES answer the phone, you're left on hold indefinitely, and IF the msg is EVER relayed, calls are NOT returnedThe reason my claim was denied in the first place is: They were LATE submitting the paperwork AFTER I had gone there in person and REINTERATED it was imperative the paperwork be submitted by Apr ***That information is also in BOLD print across the top of the paperworkINACCURATE and INADEQUATE notes given to the insurance companyI still have NOT seen a Dror been treated since Apr **My leave needs to be extended until the end of July, the insurance company is going to issue their decision by July ***In the meantime I've developed abdominal pain and blood is visually present.These two companies deserve each otherNeither one effectively listens to the patiets or customers and takes corrective actionI'm filing a complaint with the Medical Review Board here over the experience and going to write reviews about my experience hereNumerous calls were made here in regard to the phone system, a couple of them personally called and got the same thing, I personally told the Dr., so she's aware, and the ofc operationIt was well documented.

New York General Obligations Law 5-does indeed apply to internet services, including but not limited to "technology-related agreements, such as agreements for software support/maintenance, software-as-a-service, co-location services and data feeds" Zoc Doc needs to do its homework in this area and correct its practice of illegal and unethical contract renewals
