Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did speak to the club manager and she said she could not do anything for me She stated my request could not be done by here and that I should contact the person who originally made me the offer When I told her the csstomer service person in corporate told me it was not possible to reach the person who made the commitment she said she could not help This is clearly a run around back and forth between people who all have no interest in fulfilling the offer I was made I also asked, when I spoke to the customer service representative, before I filed this complaint, who I could go to at a higher level and was told there is no one else I can speak with Clearly the only interest this firm has is in money and there is no interest in good customer relations My request would be of no cost to them but all they want is for me to pay to upgrade my membership
