Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Your company is flat out lying about the fact that there was no promotion for an entire order for free, when clearly it was available last summer in June and showed up in my account before and during check out, but disappeared once purchased. Not only do I remember that there was a promotion because I told other people about it, but it was present on my account when I logged in before ordering. I find that it is extremely poor business practice to present a promotion and then not honor it, and asking the customer for proof. Either your company just does not want to honor promotions that were offered directly through your website, or none of your employees knows what's going on. Either way, it's bad. I don't understand how you can have a big promotion like this and no one knows it ever happened. I will not ever be using your company simply because of your shady business practices and trying to trick the customer into paying for meals that were supposed to be offered for free.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that, although I definitely did not receive cancellation instructions via email, and I had asked again to be cancelled via CSR email and told at that time that I was manually cancelled, (but still sent product and charged again), the matter has been resolved.I received a very nice email from a CSR supervisor, who apologized profusely and did in fact refund my money. This resolution is satisfactory to me and I consider the matter closed at this time.
Sincerely,

Hello, I can confirm that [redacted] was added to our Do Not Mail list on May *, 2017, which is the same day that [redacted] first reached out to us to stop receiving emails. At no point did anyone in our customer experience team refuse to delete account information, we simply asked for confirmation of...
account information to be able to fulfill the requests [redacted] made. Because [redacted] agreed to our Privacy Policy, we did collect information. I would recommend that [redacted] add their information to a national Do Not Mail list to be removed from all databases that they might be on. Again, I can confirm that [redacted] has been added to our Do Not Mail list, and the mailing address, phone number, and payment information on the cancelled account has been removed.

Any cancellation completed after an order has already processed will not cancel the processed order. All customers will also receive an email confirming...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. I'm canceling my account after the credit is used. Their system obviously isn't working right and they don't care. Not doing business with someone who calls me a liar and puts me through this much trouble. I don't have time to argue with irresponsible persons about their poor service.
Hi [redacted] Thanks for reaching back out and taking the time to send us your feedback. We really appreciate your interest in our success and I’ve passed your note on to the appropriate team. We’ll be sure to keep these notes in mind going forward. If you have any other comments, always feel free to send them to [email protected].
[redacted] received a gift card valued at $125. [redacted] chose a meal plan that cost $69.92. That brought the first order total to $0, and the second order of the $69.92 box of food to $14.84. We let [redacted] know that her second delivery would cost $14.82 before [redacted] was charged and before the order shipped. Later, [redacted] sent screenshots of a "2 Free Meal" promotion, which [redacted] didn't redeem properly. We added that promotion to Ann's account, which discounted the third delivery that [redacted] received by $19.98. The promotion refers to the two free meals (or servings). Each $69.92 plan portion costs $8.74 but we actually discount a higher amount because the 2-Person Plan portions cost $9.99 each and we want prospective customers to be able to redeem the promotion towards either plan, and so we offer the highest value. I've refunded [redacted] for all charges incurred, $64.78, and refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in a bank statement. Going forward, each delivery will cost $69.92 for the plan [redacted] is on. If [redacted] would prefer to cancel the account instead, they should contact our Customer Experience team at [redacted], and we’ll send them an email with instructions on how to complete the cancellation process.
Hello, [redacted] reached out to our customer service team and we were able to stop her upcoming order before she was charged. Her account is cancelled as she requested. [redacted] was just a couple hours past her cutoff time for making changes to upcoming orders, but we have some wiggle room on our end...
and are always happy to help. To be clear, our cutoff time for making changes to upcoming orders is 6 days before it's scheduled to arrive, and before noon EST. This information is included when signing up for our program, and in our FAQ, Delivery Schedule, and Terms of Service. Our customers are also able to skip up to 5 weekly orders in advance, so some people find it best to skip an order or two after their first box so that they can decide if our service is right for them or not.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[Your Answer Here] As again I have stated and I have stated multiple times to Blue Apron and to multiple Representatives. When I signed up it gave me my first order free it did not deduct it from my Hundred $125 gift certificate that was paid for by another member of blue apron. The website did not say thank you for your order it is deducted from your certificate it said thank you for your order your first order is free and actually had a line going through the $69. Blue Apron apparently does not have technology to view truly what people are signing up for or have records of anything because if they were to look up the gift certificate from Tracy they would see that it was for free first delivery. This is false advertisement and obviously Blue Apron does not hold true to what their website says and they choose to do whatever it is they see fit. Only after fighting and arguing about what the website said did they say oh okay here's a free meal because you got an e-mail a week later about that. They also told me that they never ever have any type of free meal and I have emailed to show that. That is when I sent them a screenshot of an email I received that said sign up and you'll receive two free meals not to free servings 2 free meals. Yet again false advertisement on Blue apron's part.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is about as good as we are going to get. From the veiled smarm in their response, it's clear they have no desire to take this complaint seriously. I appreciate your efforts. I consider this this matter resolved, but not to satisfaction.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
I apologize for any confusion, but rest assured that you have not been charged and your account is cancelled. If you know any current blue apron chefs who have free trial invitations in their account, perhaps they can send you one so your entire first delivery can be free of charge.

in less than perfect condition, this certainly should not have been the case. Please know that all of your issues are passed along to our Quality team who take your reports seriously so we can improve for the future. We do credit your Blue Apron account for the next delivery as we’re unable to offer partial refunds. I’d also like to apologize for any confusion surrounding your free trial. The free trial you received was set up to cover your first Blue Apron order. After setting up your Blue Apron account and scheduling your first delivery, you’re automatically enrolled into an ongoing weekly subscription that can be cancelled at any time in your account or by emailing us. I can confirm your account was cancelled on 4/** and a refund was issued for your final delivery for that date as well. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because This does not resolve the issue. When I had called a day after charged my account) the shipment was not even shipped yet. It took three weeks for me to get my money back, and I had already cancelled the subscription a month before the charge occurred. Very poor actions from a business! ]

that you were credited $19.98 for a missing knick knacks bag on your 10/** delivery. This discount was applied to your following delivery which arrived on 10/**. You were also credited $24.94 for a missing bulb of garlic and a bottle of sesame oil on your 10/** delivery. This credit was intended to be applied toward a future delivery. We are unable to partially refund your credit card for the $24.94 Blue Apron credit in your account. However, as a one time exception for the inconvenience you experienced, I will issue a full $59.94 refund back to your credit card. You’ll see this reflected in your bank statement within the next 5-7 business days. Your account is currently cancelled. If there’s anything else I can help you with please email[redacted]
Revdex.com:It has taken until today to resolve this complaint. This is ridiculous. As you can see in the attached photo of an email I received on July 15th Amanda stated a refund with be in my bank account within 5-7 business days. It wasn't until I called the company again and emailed again saying I would make another complaint to the Revdex.com that I finally received my refund! This company deserves a F for service. They are horrible.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Hi there, I can confirm that this account was closed on August [redacted]. When emailing [redacted], we send an email through our system automatically with instructions on how to complete the cancellation process. Those emails might have gone to the spam folder. I wasn't able to find...
any calls from the phone number on this account in regards to cancelling. The first email we received asking for the account to be cancelled was on August **, and the final order received for this account was August *, so I can also confirm that there were no charges incurred after the first request to cancel.
