Rollon Skin Care Reviews (%countItem)

Their company produces, low quality games with horrible customer service. I was scammed from my money with their glitched out advertisements. Its horrible. Id highly recommend staying AWAY from these people.

My experience with this company has been similar to the reviews. I wish that I had read the reviews before ordering products! I was alerted to the scam by my credit card company! I never used the product because I was so enraged by their marketing practices and deceptive charges to my account. Though I returned the unopened products, I was charged a restocking fee! Prache deserves no star! Save your money and anguish! Don't give Prache access to your account!

Much like the reviews prior to this, I responded to an add for a free tube of the cream for $3.95 shipping. When the order receipt come up after the order was submitted, it two different orders placed, one for cream for 3.95 and another one for serum for 5.95. Each on had it's own order number. I called customer service immediately ( less than two minutes) to question why there was two items. Eric, looked at the order and explained that both products were still free for just the 9.90 in shipping cost. but he could remove the serum if I wanted. I decided that it was still under 10.00 just let it go. I hung up and printed the order receipt. I noticed in the 6 lines of fine print on the bottom that I had "concented" to enrollment in their membership program at $109.00 a month. Plus shipping! I called back, again, in less that two or three minutes.
I explained to Edward that I had just noticed the club issue and wanted to cancel the whole order at this time, well within the 14 days. This was a long process. He need to get approval, He need to move it up the process. He could offer me a great deal. No, I didn't want a great deal. He could now offer me a better deal. I'm on hold. He comes back with this being in process, but I can get a really good deal. After 15 or 20 minutes of please stop offering me deals and cancel this order he tells me that he has processed my refund "request".......it has been submitted to the relevant department for approval. It could take one week to show up on my statement. I received a Refund request confirmation in my email a few minutes later. It was for one of the orders for $3.95. 5 hours later I have yet to receive a document for the other order.
After the second phone call to cancel the order, we gave this situation some serious thought. The whole thing had telemarketing scam written all over it. I think maybe I could actually smell the stink through the phone. It is unlikely that I will ever get the $9.90 back because it had actually already posted in pending in my account. If they do try to refund it, they won't have any place to refund it to because I deactivated the account.
It is hard to believe someone as famous as Mrs. Dr. Phil would be associated with something this slimy.

Dear Sir/Madame,
We apologize for the inconvenience that has been faced but according to our records, we were able to pull a record under the name of Loretta Riley, who visited our website and placed an order for our products Prache Anti-Aging serum and Prache Anti-Aging cream on August 29th, 2019. Upon placing the order, Loretta accepted to our company's terms and conditions which clearly stated that if the customer does not cancel the order within the 14 days trial period, customer would be charged the remaining amount of the products and will be placed on the automatic ongoing shipment program.
After placing the order, our customer support department was contacted from the customer's end, and our representative was notified about the confusion which the customer faced, our representative assisted her with that by clearing out the confusion and that call was ended. However, a couple of minutes later another call was received and a cancellation was requested and a refund was also demanded. Therefore, our representative went ahead and cancelled the account effective immediately and also processed a refund on the shipping charges which was charged to Loretta. In addition, an email was also sent to her confirming the activities that took place on her account.
Furthermore, if she requires any further assistance or if she has any concerns/queries, she can definitely contact us on our 24/7 customer service number at any time and any of our live representative would be more than happy to help her out.
Regards,
Customer Service Manager.

I thought I was getting a free Amazon Prime sample for shipping only of $$3.95
I Clicked on that and got Glamore Cream. This company sent me 1 oz and
Charged me $103.00. This Company is our of Utah. A big big scam!!

Scam scam. Do not try or order this cream. Changes your account 103$. Run

My experience with Prache Skin was similar to other reviews on this site. I ordered the Prache Skin cream and serum for shipping cost only on August 16, 2019. I did not see information about being charged the full cost for the products after the 14 day trial and that the products would be auto shipped monthly thereafter. Immediately after I placed my order, I searched for online reviews of the products and found that the ingredients in the products were questionable and that the products lacked efficacy. I immediately emailed the company and was told that I needed to call customer service which I did. This morning I made that call. I told them the reasons that I didn't want the products and that I would be returning the unopened shipment. The representative attempted to convenience me that I should try the products because different people respond differently. When I again said that I didn't want the products, the offer was made that I could cancel future orders, but that I would be charged the full cost of the products after the trial period. Later, in the conversation I was offered a discount on the amount that I would owe to avoid the hassel of a return shipment. When I continued to say that I didn't want to keep the products, try the products, or give them to a friend (representative's suggestion), I was told that I would need to pay restocking and shipping fees for both products. I agreed that I would pay for the return postage, but I didn't agree to the restocking fees which amount to $20.00/product. I am being charged postage and restocking fees per an email received from Rollon Skin Care (shipper) in Palmdale, CA. In this email I was provided return authorization numbers.

I will be disputing the restocking fees with my credit card company.

This company is not ethical. Stay away. Research online reviews before placing orders for online products.

I ordered trials on Aug 11 and on Aug 13, Capitol One contacted me to find out if an $89.99 charge was legitimate. I told them NO WAY and that I expected to be charged $6.95 and $3.95 ONLY. Company did not honor 14-day cancellation window and I never agreed to be placed on monthly subscription service for full-price products. I've sent company a Cancellation email per their policy and expect them to honor it. This Company is deceptive, dishonest and gives legitimate on-line retailers a bad name. I see many other Revdex.com complaints filed in the Palmdale site.

Dear Sir/Madam,
According to our records, Rebecca Bloom visited our website and placed an order for the products Prache Anti-Aging Serum and Prache Anti-Aging Cream on August 11th, 2019. Upon placing the order, Rebecca accepted to our company's terms and conditions which clearly stated that if the customer does not cancel the order within the 14 days trial period, customer would be charged the remaining amount of the product and will be put on the auto shipment subscription.
Our records indicate that she is still under the trial and if she is looking to cancel out her subscription for both products, she would have to contact our customer 24/7 customer support department via email or call before August 25th, 2019 to avoid getting charged for the actual cost each product.
Regards,
Customer Support Manager.

Hello,
Today (Aug. 22, 2019), I resent to Roll On Skin Care Ltd. my email from Aug. 17, 2019, requesting cancellation from all subscriptions and credit card charges. I cc'd this Revdex.com on my second email to Roll On Skin Care Ltd.
Rebecc

It is a scam. Don't order anything from this company. I give them 1 star because there is no negative stars.

I signed up for skin cream product advertised pay shipping only. There was no information about membership or any other charges visible to me with the order form. Then I noticed 2 changes on my credit card account $109 & &103. This company are scammers. Ordered only 1 product---They sent 2. They agreed to cut cost by 50% ---but product is not worth what they are asking. Return for refund--they said SORRY, we are sending it back. Do not fall for their Marketing tricks.

Dear Sir/Madam,
We apologize for the inconvenience that the customer has faced but according to our records, Bette McClure placed an order for our products Prache Anti-Aging cream and Prache Anti-Aging serum on February 12th, 2019. By placing the order, she agreed upon our company policies as per which, once the customer places the order, they order a complete one month supply of our products and get a 14 days trial time to make a decision that whether they want to continue or not. In addition, after placing the order, they are automatically enrolled into a monthly subscription.
Now, after the expiration of her trial, Bette was charged for the actual price of each product and was enrolled in our monthly automatic subscription. On March 12th, 2019 we received a call from the customer's end and as a cancellation and a refund was requested, our representative elaborated the charges and the policies for her, fulfilled her request of cancellation effective immediately and as she accepted a 50% refund, she was provided with that.
Moving forward, on March 19th, 2019 we received a dispute from the customer's cardholder/bank against the charges that were charged though the customer settled for a 50% refund. Hence, the matter went under a legal investigation and was being handled by the legal team of our company. From June 10th, 2019 till July 06th, 2019, multiple calls were received from Bette's end regarding the charges which were charged, each time she was informed with the status of her and also about the disputes which were filed but, every time she threatened our representatives and disconnected the line.
Hence, if she requires any queries regarding the charges she could definitely contact us on our 24/7 customer service number but if she requires any assistance regarding refund, she would have to get in touch with her bank/cardholder (whomever she filed a dispute with) so they can guide her further as our customer service team would not be able to interfere in the company's legal matter.
Regards,
Customer Service Manager.

False advertisement and double charging
Advertises on Facebook a risk free, free tria. Even when you call multiple times before the deadline they charge *** and *** dollars for products that is only *** on Amazon from their company Amazon page. They not only false advertises, but then they charge 4x the amount they sell the product for and lie about management calling you back. This company is legit scamming people and charging 4 times what they sell the product for and are useless when you call five times to get the issue fixed. They need to be shut down. There are many complaints on Google saying the same exact thing.

Desired Outcome

A refund

I ordered a sample of the anti aging cream and the eye cream also. It was suppose to be a sample worth $9.90 plus shipping and handling. I never read anything about it was a 30 trial or that I would be receiving a shipment every month. The cream turned my face red with a rash so I only tried once and threw it away. The next month I received another order of the aging cream so I called my bank to stop payment on the cream. My bank told me that I was charged $109 for the cream and $103 for the eye cream. I was shocked that they had charged that amount to my credit card. My bank gave me the number to call them and talk with them and when I did, I was informed that they were not going to refund me my money. How can a company with false advertising do anyone like that and you have no recourse because they have your account number. There is no paperwork, no receipts or any kind of paperwork that comes with the cream so you have no ideal what is going on. All of us need to get together and file a class one action law suit against this company. I'm on a fixed income and there should be a law against this kind of fraud.

Roll-on Business is a scammer . As today I received a email saying that my order was on the way; an order I didn't placed. YES, they had already charged my card. I called and got some information telling me about the automatic enrollment. None of this was fore mentioned and nothing was sent with the samples. This is what makes legitimate ordering sceptical. I'm very displeased.

Whomever replied to my complaint has just stated a bolfaced untruth. When I visited your site from a popped up ad, I read the only information shown that emphasized a sample size of the serum along with the offer of the moisturizer with an additional shipping cost. There was no other information stating automatic enrollment. When I received the samples, no other information was sent to show information about the order or of any other future orders. Had there been more, I would have never agreed to pay $115 for such a small quantity of products. Reading all the reviews, I am obviously not the only one who has missed such important information. You people need to admit that you have SCAMMED responders to the ad and take ownership or shut down a company that is not even supported by the Revdex.com.

Dear Sir /Madam,
We would like to bring into your notice that, it is mandatory to accept the terms before placing the order. Please note that despite putting all the credit card details, the order does not go through until unless you check mark on the box which states, "I agree that I am 18 years of age and agree to the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy policy". Upon checking on the box, the terms of the program appears on the screen. When customer reads the all the terms and scroll down, the "Accept" button is activated at the end. Once the customer accepts the terms and click on "Submit" button the order goes through and shipping and charges are applied. However, we would like you to review our policies. For the reference the cancellation and refund policy stated in our Terms & Conditions are mentioned below:

TRIAL OFFER AND SUBSCRIPTION
The Company also offers a 14 day trial offer of Product, conveniently coupled with automatic enrollment in Company's subscription service ("Subscription"). We are confident you will enjoy using the Product, and invite you to try it. However, you are only eligible to receive a single 14 day trial offer from the Company. The 14 day trial offer includes a full 30 day supply of Product and an automatic enrollment in a subscription. By submitting an order for a trial offer, you agree to pay a non-refundable shipping and handling fee as will be detailed on the Website prior to checkout, but is generally less than $6.95. Please note that shipping and handling fee will appear as two separate charges on your credit card statement.
If you are not satisfied with the Product in your trial offer, you should immediately contact customer service representatives to process a cancellation. Alternatively, you may send an email with "Cancellation" as the written subject heading, to ***@ilus-skin.com. In the event that your email fails to contain the appropriate subject heading, your cancellation may not be processed.
Your 14 day trial offer use period begins from the date your order is submitted on the Website. To avoid automatic enrollment in a subscription, you must cancel your trial before expiration of the 14 day trial period. If you cancel your Subscription before the end of the 14 day trial offer use period, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number via email to return the Product. Returns of the Product must be made within 14 days from the date the RMA issues. If the Company receives the product within the 14 day return period, the Company: (1) WILL NOT charge you for the Product (but the Company does not refund amounts paid for shipping and handling); (2) WILL NOT enroll you in a subscription; and (3) WILL NOT send any additional Product to you. Typically Products are delivered within three to five business days from the order date. If you do not receive your Product within five business days after placing an order, please contact our customer service representative for an estimated delivery date and/or tracking information.
In the event that you do not cancel, in writing, before the end of the 14 day trial offer period, the Company will automatically enroll you in a subscription and charge the credit/debit card on file with your account the full retail price for Product each month as posted on the Website. The trial offer comes with a full 30 day supply.

REFUND POLICY AND PROCEDURE.
All sales are final once the Product is delivered by the Company to the carrier. However, the Company, in its sole discretion, may offer a refund of up to the purchase price for authorized, returned products. The Company is entitled to retain a restocking fee of $20.00 or 20% of the total purchase price, whichever is greater. Due to the nature of the Product, the Company can only process refund for unused Product returned in an acceptable condition suitable for resale, received within 30 days from the date the order is placed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call customer service at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX, and a customer service representative will assist you in processing any eligible refund request pursuant to the Company's Refund Policy and in the Company's sole discretion.
To properly ensure the processing of an authorized refund, and as a requirement of our Refund Policy and Procedure, you must call customer service to obtain an RMA number and to process your refund request. By way of illustration and not limitation, packages marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused" WILL NOT be eligible for refunds. All refund requests require three to five business days for approval.
By completing an order, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by the Refund Policy and Procedure stated herein. You also acknowledge and understand that adherence to the Refund Policy and Procedure is strictly required and is your sole responsibility. You acknowledge that failure to follow the Refund Policy and Procedure, including your obtaining an authorized RMA, may result in Company's inability to authorize or process a refund.

Dear Sir/Madam,
We apologize the way customer feels about our company but we already mentioned our policies in the first response which we sent. As we were not notified in the provided trial time, which is why after the expiration of the trial customer got charged for the actual cost of the product.
However, we are not refusing to help *** out for her refund concern. Therefore, she can contact us via call anytime on our 24/7 customer service number and any of our live representative would be more than happy to help her out.

***.

Do not order the samples. I thought this was a good deal until they took $212.00 from my acct. instead of the$8.95 I agreed to.After talking many times I got 70% of my money back although I was told I would get all my money back. My acct. was charged $60 in overdraft fees. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

They advertised a trial size cream and serum; never said trial offer. The trial size cream came, but not the serum. I did not complain because it had only been two weeks. They then charged my account 109 for the serum I did not receive saying it was a trial period when I called. I stated it never came and he told me to track the package. When I asked to speak to a manager he said he was in a meeting, but would call me back; never called. He then said he could charge me an additional 50 for the trial size cream and I could cancel. Cancel what the product I did not get, but you want me to pay more money now. Horrible horrible horrible, please beware.

Scammers beware... they sale Priache and will take money out of your account without authorization.
