Rollon Skin Care Reviews (%countItem)

I responded to an ad that offered a free face cream if I paid the shipping. Two weeks later, I was charged $103 for the cream, and $109 for a serum.
I ordered "free" skin cream online on 9/26/19, and provided credit card info to pay the shipping of $5.95. A screen popped up that I couldn't get out of, which apparently added shipping for a serum in the amount of $3.95.

On 10/11/19, my credit card account was charged $109 for Pro Eye Serum, and on 10/15/19, my account was charged $103 by Sigterndigital. I called my bank, and they said to call the company at the number listed, ***. I did this, and told them I had not ordered additional cream, and to cancel this account. I also asked for a refund, and was told they could refund 40% of $109.

I then asked whether they were affiliated with Sigterndigital, and to cancel that account and be refunded for this product I had not ordered. I was told it was canceled, and I would receive 40% refund of $103.

On 11/9/19, I called back to be sure the accounts were canceled, and was told they would refund 50% of $109 and $103. To date, my account was refunded $43.60 and $10.90 (50% of $109).

The products that were sent to me are Prache anti-aging cream 1 fl oz and Prache anti-aging serum .5 fl oz. I would like a full refund for these products, as I did not order the serum at all and thought that the cream was free if I paid for the shipping. I

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of $212, and confirmation that both accounts are canceled and I will not be billed in the future.

Rollon skin care is a horrible company. They link Robin*** name with their product. This is a scam!! I called within the 14 days and had to pay $40 since I opened the product. I developed a rash, I did tell Jaden (person that answered the phone) but still had to pay because I opened the product. They only want to get your money and do not care about people.

This so called business is a scam.
They bagger you to keep the product they shipped to you for an extended period of time and when you call them back for a return number and insist that you don't want the product,
Then all of a sudden......, they tell you there is a restocking fee of $50.00 if the product is not opened and you have to pay for the return shipping price.
If the product is open, you still have to pay for the return shipping and 65% of the product because you opened it.
Then they tell you, just pay us half the price of the product plus $19.00 and you can keep the product and you won't have to pay the restocking fee, return postage or anything else.

What a ripp-off.

I (stupidly) followed an advertising link about a product called Prache Anti-aging Cream sold by Rollon Skincare Ltd. that offered a free sample for the cost of shipping, however after entering my payment information, the very small print explained that the company would continue to send me product at a cost of $109 a month! At this point, I hit my browser back button and removed all of my contact and billing information from the site thinking that I had stopped the process. I had not yet hit the confirmation button for this sale or sample, but received an email stating that my product was on its way. I tried to reply to tell them I had not ordered their product and to stop the order, but the email they list is unsupported. I then called them *** and was told that I could not stop my order, unless I paid them $103 dollars for the one-month supply that was (supposed to be free) on its way to me.
I said No!, Stop this order! I didn't order this! - I was then given a tracking number to write on my package to return it to them*** - and told that if my package doesn't reach them within 30 days I will be charged the $103 dollars.
This is a come-on with very bad business practices. I did not complete or confirm my order on their website, yet they have all of my contact information and are threatening to charge me for a product I did not order.

Desired Outcome

Modification/discontinuance of I would like their advertising claim of free product stopped. I would like my order stopped and my money returned. I would like the Revdex.com to check out this company's website ordering process to make sure that they can't rip anyone else off. An order isn't complete until the customer completes the order and I did not complete mine.

Fraudulent or misleading advertising/business practices.
Revdex.com needs to investigate this company for fraudulent business practices!
They use "click-bait" tactics on the internet to lure you into trying "free" samples of their beauty products, e.g., pay shipping and handling for 14-day free trial period and then hiding their Terms & Conditions regarding an "auto-ship" process for additional products and charging your credit card exorbitant fees for inferior products!! Cancelling via e-mail gets denied and good luck dialing their customer service number....nobody bothers to answer or respond to your complaint!! Contacted my credit card company and disputed two charges in excess of $100 each!! Told the skin care company that my attorney would be contacting the Attorney General's office for the State of California regarding possible wire fraud against my credit card account. The company immediately cancelled any future orders of their products and reversed one of the charges on my credit card....still have an open dispute for the second charge.

Desired Outcome

They refunded a charge for $103 on my credit card, I need them to refund the other $109 charge

This is a scam. I tried to file an actual complaint but it was refused by Revdex.com saying it has to be discrimination etc to actually get a complaint filed which is very fishy to me. Revdex.com is supposed to protect people against fraud and other things. Anyways. I thought I was getting a skin cream to try at 5.95 and a bonus serum at 3.95. I ordered it on my phone and there was no indication the free product was linked to any other program. I actually looked for that because I have had that happen before. I was careful. Anyways. In 14 days they tried to take 103. out of my account but the bank stopped it. It was suspected as a scam. I called and got a call center in India and there is no number for the corporation in the United States. If I wanted to buy that skin cream it was only $30 dollars so I was really confused as to why it would even be 103 dollars??? I told the guy in India the cream was supposed to be free. He mocked me and said *** you think you should have a free cream? I said to try it that is what the ad said. He said no *** you had 14 days to cancel and now you have to pay. I told him I want to cancel and he refused and said you can't cancel. I told him I would never had agree to 103 dollars for a cream. I don't have it in my budget and I am retired. He then tried to bargain with me and said I could have the cream for $50.00 I was ill at the time and under care for my heart and I tried to cancel altogether but it was going no where and I was actually get ill and weak on the phone. He said the only thing he could do was give me another 2 weeks on trial. (The trial I never knew about in the beginning) It was madness!! I agreed out of no other option. Before the 2 weeks they went out of there way to prove to the bank documentation of this fine print I never seen or agreed to... and took the $103 out of my bank account not leaving me enough money to get to my appointments at hospital. I got my bank fraud department on the line and she was great and tried to help but there was no way the India call center would reverse the full payment. They gave a 60% discount on something I never agreed to in the first place, and then already shipped me another out even though they knew I didn't want it. That is why the guy talked me into the 2 weeks so they could get me for more money. The lady in India said that they are going to take another payment $109 dollars out of my account and they would stop that if I would pay $19.95? Insanity. The bank girl spoke up and said no they won't let them take any more out. The bank girl heard how defiant they were... She couldn't get them to do the right thing. They even knew I had serious medical things going on. They think they won and they are foolish business people because the cream wasn't bad. If it was really $30 dollars like they said if I was to "purchase outright" and not get free skin cream...I may have bought the skin cream at a later date but only at the 30 dollars I wouldn't pay 103 dollars for any cream period. I can never trust them. I believe we are allowing these scammers to continue because we have no rights. Even on the Revdex.com I couldn't file a complaint so these people will continue to steal from people. The banks don't have a good policy in place to stop these scammers, because they allow the money to go out of our accounts when we are telling them we didn't agree to it. There legitimate companies that give a free product to try and it is really a free product. That is why I didn't doubt it. I have gotten free supplements and other things. If I like them and it is in my budget I buy it after trying it. I think that is why so many of us are caught in this. This is a bad company though.

I am having to dispute this company for my elderly mother. I do all her ordering for her. She got a package in the mail with anti-aging junk that was never ordered!!! This scam company is nothing but crooks. What a disgusting way to make your money, abusing the elderly and helping yourself to their life savings. Liars and thieves! No need for this fake company to respond, you probably can't get your hands out of other peoples pockets long enough.

I'm pretty sure that this is a scam. I received the cream product I did think I was only paying shipping, no mention of subscription. They used Laura Ingrahm's name as someone who is invested in this product. I called to cancel and the person who identified himself as "Chris Jordan" would not fulfill my request to cancel only to extend my free trial period to November 21st. No charges to my credit card and no information about the "great discount" they will offer me at the end of the extended trial period. But I can call back before Nov 21st to cancel.
Apparently I haven't given this product time to work yet within the 14 day free trial.

purchased a trial product 3.95 9/29/19. At checkout an additional 5.95 product was added and could not be deleted. Product arrived on day 14 and I called to return unopened. Was advised by customer service *** during an endless call my trial was being extended another two weeks. order number ***. ***. Called 10/15 spoke with *** explained situation one more time including I am also dealing with a stroke victim at hospital during this entire time and want to cancel and not think about a recurring $133 payment for this product and who knows what the other product price would be! not successful.Called 10/26 spoke with *** West who kept me on the phone endlessly without cancelling order. I hung up telling him to just cancel it. Next day he leaves a vm saying we were disconnected...not true. I could pay $19.99 to cancel. I called today to cancel and after 12 minutes on the phone he tells me it will be $19.99 to cancel each product. Frustrated, angry, blood boiling and *** says he will escalate my situation to upper mgmt. I wanted a return call on this today as I am available today to take the call and want this matter resolved and hung up. *** calls back to say it will take 24 to 48 hours. I believe another tactic to exceed their deadline date.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I believe I should not have to pay a dime more. Stressful tactics to keep their products and collect monthly billing. *** was the celebrity TV commercial I heard about this product. I only wanted that one product to see if my wrinkles would disappear or be refined.I wanted to return product package unopened as it did not arrive until the 14 day trial was ending and was informed that would not be possible without testing the product. This customer agent says I can return unopened!

I am writing a complaint against this company for false advertising, not receiving a product and being billed in recurring account without my consent. It was an online scam that advertised a free sample for a prache anti aging serum and prache anti aging cream that advertised free sample and only required shipping tax. I ordered on Sept 25, 2019, at the time two products and there was never any recurring billing for a future shipment that was indicated. False advertising! then I got my bank statement and was billed $3.95 and $5.95 for shipping and then also on10/10/2019 I got billed $103 and $109 for two creams which I never received or ordered. I called to complain on 10/10/19 about this and I was told that I ordered these creams and was charged for a recurring bill. I argued with the man (from India) that I couldn't understand his English. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there was no one there and I would be called back the next day. I wasn't called back and he did cancel my order and tried to refund 40 percent , then 50percent , then 70 percent of the total. I told him I wanted a total refund for this scam. I would have not ordered any item unless I tried it first. I called back oct 20 and got another man who I couldn't understand. HE told me the same thing.I told him to stop reading a script and listen to my problem,. HE kept arguing with me. I never received the products. an email came to me yesterday from the company indicating that I received the products on oct. 20th which is a lie. I never got a thing and got billed $211 plus shipping. I am furious. This company needs to be reported and shut down. I have read my reviews with the same story. Please help me get my refund back. thanks, ***

Other (requires explanation) I would like to get my $211 refund back. Shut down this company. False advertising. Scam!!!

They offer sales promotions and then refuse to assist in canceling when you do not like their product.
I participated in a try it before buying promotion. I had to call multiple times to cancel the offer when I did not like the product or feel the product did not live up to expectations. I was supposed to be given information In order to return the product. Did not send out as promised had to call again. Very high pressure sales and when you say no they do not allow you to cancel. I am still fighting to get cancelled. I would like to cancel the product.

Desired Outcome

The resolution I would like would be to cancel their product without further hassle and no charges like their offer stated. I followed their guidelines but am not able to end things with them.

The co. used a scam, a survey by "Kroger" with claim of free samples or products. They charged $103 later and originally charged 4x for shipping.
The survey appeared on-line, as if it were from Kroger. A reward for doing it was to get a "free" item or sample. I did the survey on Oct. 11, 2019 and used my credit card to pay $3.95 for shipping and handling a sample of face cream. My credit card co. called me soon after and said I had been charged 4 times for shipping 4 products. I told them to decline 3 of the charges.

I received the product on approximately Oct. 22. I looked online and saw many complaints about the co. charging people repeatedly for their products. I went to their website and tried to cancel any further sale. On Oct.26 my credit card co. texted that I'd been charged $103 for the cream. I declined the charge and talked to the co. on Oct. 27. They suggested I call the Rollon co. and cancel any participation in their sales. I called Rollon and was told I should send back the cream and then track their receipt and call them. I argued but they wanted to charge me $19.95 to keep the cream. They claimed I did not sign up for a free sample although that is how the product was offered to me in relation to the survey I took. They claimed $103 is the price of the product and I owed that to them. There had not been any mention of being liable for $103 when I signed up for a sample.

On Oct. 28 I called the credit card co. Their fraud staff said I should not have to return the cream and I should call and get a cancellation code to cancel the supposed membership in their business. I called and was told the same thing I was told the day before except they said a manager would call me later. I have not heard from a manager yet.

This business is dishonest and should be penalized for unfair practices. They use Kroger as a means to make it look like they are a decent business. They try to get extra money on their shipping. They over-charge for a product that is not worth much. They claim people went to their website and joined a membership but they do not honestly present themselves as requiring a membership to receive a sample. They should be penalized for fraud and dishonesty. I do not believe Kroger is involved in the survey. It was not fair to charge me 4 times for shipping and handling. It was not fair to charge me $103 for a sample of their face cream. I do not think it is worth $19.95 either. I should not have to cancel my credit card over this to avoid more charges. Please stop this co. from defrauding customers.

Desired Outcome

I want the supposed membership cancelled. I do not want to have to mail back the cream. I want their fraudulent practices to end.

Ordered a 14 day trial of skin care. On 10/19, I tried to return the unopened product and rep. did not cancel and told me to open product and try it.
I called the company today to cancel the product and now I am being told they will not take the unused open product. The rep *** kept telling me that will not take it back and tried to give it to me at a discounted price and I told *** that do not want the product and told *** that the previous representative insisted I open the product and try it and told me he was extending the trial for another 14 days and was very misleading by insisting that I try it out and if not happy with it I could return the product and I would only be responsible to pay the shipping and handling of it's return. I asked *** to transfer me to his supervisor or manger, after 10 minutes, ***, came back to line and told me that he didn't have a manager available but would request that one return my call within 48 hours.

Desired Outcome

I would like to return the unused product and not be to billed for this product which is clearly defined in their terms/contract. I will only pay for the shipping and handling of said product as I agreed to. This is false advertising on their behalf and when I called the initial time and representative was very misleading.

Just got off the phone with someone I couldn't understand. I didn't order this stuff cause I use Mary Kay. Told me that I ordered it on the 6th of October 2019... Hhhmmmm. I had hand surgery 2 days before. I DID NOT order this.
Took out $109.00 out of my account.
Bank declined it yesterday but they let it go this morning. I knew I should have called my bank yesterday!!
Biggest scam!!
I'm calling my bank tomorrow and disputing this transaction.

Kept telling me he'd give me 40% back. Then 50% I asked for a supervisor. Said he wasn't available but the supervisor would approve the wonderful news of getting 70% back.
Give me a break!
Makes my blood boil!!
Also said I had a 14 day trial... Said I ordered it on XX-X-XX a Sunday. Took 5.00 out for shipping on the 7th. Yesterday was my 14th day. (Which I never ordered!). 1 day over that trial time and they got you.
Well roll on, you will give me the 100% back!!

Rollon Skin Care Response • Oct 30, 2019

Dear Sir/Madam,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that the customer has faced however; as per our records, Cynthia Spangler placed an order for our products Prache Anti-Aging serum and Prache Anti-Aging cream on October 06th, 2019. Upon placing the order, Cynthia accepted to our company's terms and conditions which clearly stated that if the customer does not cancel the order within the 14 days trial period, customer would be charged the remaining amount of the products and will be put on the auto shipment program.
After the expiration of her trial, Cynthia was charged for the actual cost of the serum and we also tried to charge her the actual cost of the cream, but we were not able to charge it as the charge was declined by her bank/cardholder. On October 22nd, 2019, she called our customer support department and requested a cancellation and also demanded a refund for the Prache Anti-Aging serum; thus, our representative elaborated our company policies for her and fulfilled her request of cancellation effective immediately. However, our records indicate that for the refund of the charge which was charged for the serum, our representative provided her the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and the address to return the product back for a maximum refund subjected to a restocking fee and Cynthia accepted the offer. Therefore, our representative guided her with the return procedure and guided her as per her request.
Moving forward, on October 24th, 2019 she called again to request a cancellation for the account which was active for the cream; hence, our representative informed her that there was nothing charged for the cream besides the initial shipping charge and requested her to return that product back in order for us to cancel her account. As an alternative, our representative also offered her to pay half of that product's cost if she wanted to avoid the hassle of returning the cream. However, as she was not satisfied with any of our offers, she threatened our representative that she would contact a Lawyer and the Revdex.com; thus, our representative escalated her concerns to our higher management to get an exception made.
Now as per our recent updates, we see that she sent us an email with the tracking number of the package for the serum and as per the tracking information, it shows that the product has been delivered to us in a timely manner. Therefore, her refund for the serum has been processed on October 30th, 2019 subjected to the restocking fee and her account for the cream has been cancelled effective immediately from October 30th, 2019.
Furthermore, if she requires any further assistance or if she has any queries/concerns, she can contact us on 24/7 customer support via call or email and any of our live representative would love to be at her service.
Regards,
Customer Support Manager.

The thing is... I kept telling these people that I just had hand surgery on my right hand. I was not on my phone to order their ***. I DID NOT order their product. I get my skin care products from Mary Kay.
My bank disputed the $109.00 and shipping $5.95.and I did get it refunded back.
And you can pay for your own restocking fee.
I did send the product back.
My debit card had to be cancelled because of them.
They are spam!

Rollon Skin Care Response • Nov 05, 2019

Dear Sir/Madam,
We apologize to hear about the customer's medical condition. However, as per our records we were not informed about thi issue which the custoemr faced; and as we mentioned in our previous response, we have already processed a maximum refund for the serum as per our commitment and also cancelled her account for the cream on courtesy basis.
Therefore, if any further assistance is required, it would be appreciated if Cynthia could call us on our 24/7 customer support number so we could resolve her concern.

Customer Support Manager.

Shipped the products (3) without my final purchase confirmation and charged to my credit card. No full refund plus return label offered for all 3.
I visited their online purchase site offering trial products and started entering my info including the credit card information, BUT at the end I changed my mind and left the site without pressing the button for purchase confirmation. Then, I received a package from Rollon SkinCare containing 3 products. I checked all my email INBOX to see if I received any receipt or notification of my purchase or confirmation but NONE was found. I also checked my email inbox for their shipping notification but NONE was found either. I called their customer service to report that they shipped the products my confirmation of purchase NOR authorization of the charge to my credit card. I requested for a full refund of the charge plus a return label. After 20 minutes back and forth talks, they offered me two return authorization numbers for 2 products only and offered me 40% off of the charge for the 3rd product. The customer service person told me that's all they can do.

When I asked her to send me an email confirming that they would not make any future shipment, she said she was doing it while we were on the phone but again NO email came from them. This really spooks me out.

Desired Outcome

They must send me the full refund including shipping cost and 3 return authorization numbers, and most importantly an email admitting they made a mistake and confirming no future shipment.

Ordered 30 day trial purchase of anti-aging serum and cream. Bank account debited $154.30 before trial ended.
Ordered Prache Serum #*** trial for $3.95 and Prache Cream #*** trial for $5.95. I called Customer Services today to cancel future shipments but was met with repetitive attempts to continue future shipments, despite explaining I could refuse. I heard at least 6 attempts of unwanted offers before my account was cancelled. I was told I would be billed for entire
order at cost of $154.50. The advertisement doesn't state this information. Had I known that this would be the outcome of the trial offer I would never have ordered their products. I would liked FULL return of my money..

Desired Outcome

Full refund, I am not satisfied with the products and as advertised can cancel.

Notice of charges must have been in very small print. Charged restocking fee.. correct address is ***
Oct 17. Have sent product back. Don't have numbers

Desired Outcome

Warn people. Was advertised as Dr. Phil's wife product.

Company sale pitch was pay $3-5 for shipping to try product. But they charge your CC $100-200.00 before you receive product.
Purchase date 9-26-19 for shipping of $9.90 total, received product 10-11-19 for anti-aging cream ($3.95 S&H) & anti-aging serum ($5.95 S&H). Company claim is to try product for cost of S&H only. If I like product, then I could purchase more. On 10-10-19 my *** Visa CC was charged $109.00 for cream and $103.00 for serum, but my CC company denied payment and alerted me to fraud. I called company *** to cancel(***), but got run around and told I would have to pay $19.99 to restock before they will cancel my account. Company website is

Desired Outcome

I do not ever want to be contacted in any way with this company. I tried to cancel my account and they would not allow this. I believe that this is dishonest business that does not use fair business practices, but rather lures customers into scams to gain money.

What was advertised is completely false. You are charged much more than you agreed to.
I ordered Prache antiaging serum and antiaging cream from an ad on-line approximately a week ago. I was to get one of the items for shipping only and the other for a fee plus shipping which would have amounted to around $9.95. I later learned that people were being put on an automatic monthly shipment. I received the shipment on Oct. 11, 2019 and tried it for the first time. I called to cancel any future shipments at 9:45 a.m. on Oct. 12. I spent a half hour talking to *** trying to cancel future shipments and got the runaround. I can't return the product because it is "company policy not to accept opened products". Now that I have them I will be charged $19.95 for EACH product. A far cry from the advertised price on-line. I was not given an Order Number and there are no Model Numbers anywhere. I had put this on my Discover card. An ideal outcome would be to be charged only what I originaly agreed to.

Desired Outcome

I would like to have the $39.90 charge reversed and only pay the agreed amount of 9.95 charged.

I never ordered this. Frauds. Dirty bs.
I'm reporting you. I never agreed to purchase this.
If I ordered anything it was free just pay shipping and handling
I can't afford something like that . Please put them out of bussiness

Rollon Skin Care Response • Oct 30, 2019

Dear Sir/Madam,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that the customer has faced however; as per our records, Mary Sweet placed an order for our product Prache Anti-Aging cream on October 03rd, 2019. Upon placing the order, Mary accepted to our company's terms and conditions which clearly stated that if the customer does not cancel the order within the 14 days trial period, customer would be charged the remaining amount of the products and will be put on the auto shipment program.
On October 29th, 2019, Mary called our customer support department and requested cancellation, our representative elaborated our company policies to her. As she threatened our representative that she would get in touch with an Attorney; our representative offered her the cancellation options that if she would like to keep the product, she could pay a one-time discounted price of the product or if she wanted, she could return the merchandise back for cancellation. But, she refused to accept any of those offers; hence, our representative made an exception and for her convenience, he offered her to pay $19.99 as a one-time charge for the product and informed her that, she wouldn't have to go through the hassle of returning the product as well. However, she refused to accept this offer as well thus, our representative escalated her complaints and her concerns to our higher management to see what further exceptions could be made.
Moreover, Marry would not get charged from our company till November 08th, 2019 and we have not received any update from our higher management regarding her cancellation request; so, we would appreciate if Mary could call or email our 24/7 customer support team, to discuss specific details about her account and ensure that we handle your inquiry as best we can. Our Support Center will also be able to answer any general questions you may have or provide further clarification about your account
