I had the exact same thing happen to me with the same customer service rep. Terrible company. Total bull.. they charged me $50+ I want my money back.

SCAM!!!!
Like others are saying. I paid shipping for a free trial.
2:weeks later they took $103 off my credit card.
They claimed it was an Angelina Jolie product.
I cancelled my CC and am currently disputing the chance he's.
DON'T order!!!

Scam, pure and simple. Do not order it. Couldn't read the small print on my phone. After disputing the charges in a email I canceled my card before they could bill it. It was the only way I could guarantee that I would not be charged.

Bought free sample of face cream by paying $3.95 shipping and handling on 9/25/19. On 10/9/19 they attempted to get 103$ from my bank.
They said I signed up for monthly face cream - I did not. They would not cancel monthly face cream, they will not stop trying to get 103$ a month from my bank. I used my debit card after seeing the ad in AARP magazine because I thought it was safe if the AARP was advertising it. This is a scam. I found many other online scam complaints today about this exact thing.

Desired Outcome

Stop the charges of 103$ per month on my debit card.

It doesnt deserve a star! I ordered trial on the 23rd. On 25th got email stating it would come in 5 to 7 business days. It arrived in an unsealed box from Company. Anyone could have opened it and injected anything into it! On the 7th of October they charged my CC $103. I called. What a nightmare! Was on the phone close to 30 minutes, put on hold numerous times, each time telling Jayden, do not come back on offering for me to keep product, get free this, get 20%, then 30%, then 40% refund..I again reiterated I wanted to return unused product for a FULL refund. He still had nerve to keep trying to offer discounts. I said I was contacting Revdex.com, Consumer Protection Agency and Master Card and reporting his Company and him personally. So finally, he gives me an RMA #, tells me to return it with a tracking #, and then call and give tracking # to Customer Service asap. He then tells me an address that I told him I could not understand and he said he would send me an email with all the needed information..oh, and it was still going to cost me return shipping and a $20 restocking fee!
I never received the email. I found their email to customer service asking for their address and have yet to hear back from them.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!

Free product,Just pay S&H. Scam on Facebook with none of the terms of service till your Card# is entered. Now they have me in collections?
This was a "clickbait" scam on Facebook. I should know better - if it sounds too good to be true - IT IS! I looked up reviews and the product seemed good and legit. It was 4.95 S&H and the face cream was "free." Before the terms and conditions came up you had to enter your card info...I feel SO dumb! Once I read the terms it was too late, they had my CC#'s. I called my bank and spoke with the Branch Manager, she suggested that I replace my card right away since this company wanted to bill me over 100$ a month and continue to send the cream every month...with S&H too. I really didn't think they would send it but I let the 4.95 go through since I had agreed, This company DID send it and said they would continue to send it monthly. I called them as soon as it arrived, they said to "kindly send it back." The rep kept saying the same thing over and over...."send it back" and "he was sorry I was confused." I wasn't confused and I wasn't about to send it back on my dime either- I had already paid S & H and the cream was supposed to be free. Since they didn't have my CC info any longer I just forgot about it. Today I find a collection letter from *** Inc showing I owe "Armadillo Agency, LLC" $103.00. I have NEVER been turned into collections! I called the Customer Service for this "Prache" company and had almost the excact conversaiton that I had back in Feb. The only difference is that their website is a real thing now and the terms are clearly outlined, back in Feb they were not even available untill they suckered you into putting you CC#'s in. When I look up the company I find numerous complaints online about the scams this company is pulling and these are folks that did not end their CC account and continued to be scammed for months most never getting any return on it.This is shameful and NEEDS TO BE STOPPED! I will take a hit on my credit if I have to, but I WILL NOT pay them another dime. Imagine how many folks have been ripped off by this. There should be something consumers can do to hold companies accountable for scams like this they try to pull. It's just so misleading. Again, I just feel like a sucker. Thanks for anything you can do to stop things like this!

Desired Outcome

I want to be left alone and would appreciate no credit damage. Most of all I want them, and companies like them to be stopped. Please help

Company refuses to return the amounts I paid for products/subscription I did not acknowledge to sign up for. I've had multiple conversations with them
On Sept 17, 2019, I ordered a free sample of what was advertised to be ***'s products and was only supposed to pay for shipping. I was charged 5.95 for serum and 3.95 for cream. On October 1st, I check my *** account and see that charges of $103 for cream and $109 for serum the next day has been deducted from my account. There was absolutely no mention of signing up for a subscription when I ordered the free samples. So I called the company to rectify the situation and it has been a nightmare trying to get my money back. On the first call I placed, I told them that I did not want to sign up for any type of subscription and their response is that you had 14 days from ordering the free sample to call and cancel before being sent anti-aging cream and serum and charged a total of $212. But I explained to them that this was not noted anywhere that I would be signing up for a subscription. So I told them remove me from the subscription and I want all of my money back and that I would return the products. He went on to say we can offer you a deal on the products/subscription and that we can offer you 40%, then I said no, then he offered 50%, and I said no, I want all of my money back. So first thing, I had them cancel the subscription and he gave me cancellation confirmation number of ***. As for returning my full amount, I asked to speak to a manager, which he was very reluctant in doing and finally he supposedly tried to connect me 3 times and no one answered. Then he finally said you can return the product with an RMA number written on the outside of the box, and the number he gave me was ***. For the first amount of $103 that came out, he said that I would get $83 because they deduct a $20 restocking fee and then I also have to pay for return shipping. I did not think this was acceptable as I wanted my full amount returned. So he argued me down for that and ended up saying if I want my full amount back, he would need to pass this information on to the manager and they will get back to me within 24-48 hours. A manager never called me back by the way. So I contacted my bank and had them place a fraud alert on my account for the $103 and I went ahead and returned the products. Fast forward to the next day, I see an additional $109 has been deducted from my account, so I call the company again and I get a whole new explanation that these products are 2 separate subscriptions and would have needed to be cancelled separately. I was angry because I specifically told the guy from the previous day phone call that I wanted to cancel all subscriptions under my name. And then for the return of the $109, they refuse to refund that at all because what I also wasn't told on that first call is that the 2 items need to have 2 separate RMA numbers and at this point, I've already returned both with the 1 RMA number I received from the customer service rep on the previous day. So as I was getting frustrated, I let him know that #1, the items came together in the same box so they went back together in the same box, #2 no one told me that I needed 2 separate RMA numbers which still to me, doesn't make any sense, and #3 I shouldn't have to cancel another subscription if I told him before to cancel products under my name. I was given the same cancellation confirmation numbers as well for both products. So again, he tried to offer me 40% back for the second product that I've already shipped back with the first, and then 50% back, and I kept saying no, I want all of my money back. Then he said he would pass on to manager and they would call back within 24-48 hours, and again, I have not received a call. So they basically don't want to refund me for the second product because I didn't get a second RMA number even though they are in the same box. I called *** and put fraud alert on this amount as well. So tracking number for both products that I sent back in 1 box is ***, they were delivered back 10/4 to the company.

Desired Outcome

The resolution I am seeking is for the company to refund all of money, totaling $212, which is the $103 and $109 that they pulled from my account. They have both products in their possession and the fact that a manager has not called me back at this point is ridiculous. This is the absolute worst experience and I see now that this company has many complaints and bad reviews on how they are a scam. I don't have any products in my possession, so they need to return the amount they pulled from my account. I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one because I did not want them to keep taking money out of my account.

If everyone would go to the "terms and conditions" before they check send my free trial, they would have less heartache when their charge card is charged an absorbent amount because nothing is free. I learned the hard way as well but now you can bet I read the terms first. Of course you will need a magnifying glass to see it but it's there. Hope this will help someone.

Buyer beware!!! This is a serious scam. Contact your cc company and dispute the charges or you *** be billed every month over $200.00. They are very hard to make contact with and when you do they are very arrogant.

Thank you for posted all the reviews below, and I CONCUR with all of them. This company is nothing but a scam, and had signed me up for and automatic mailing, to receive their skin care products once a month. I received an email from them, telling me this, before I'd even received the products. I had ordered two more products, besides signing up for the trial sample, after paying postage and handling. I felt like since this was a business and product of Robin McGraw, Dr. Phil McGraw's wife, and as seen on his show "DR. PHIL". . . it was completely SAFE, and legitimate. Unfortunately, it was a total scam, and when I phoned the company. (I had the phone number here, but had to delete it, due to inability to post this with their phone number contained here), I had to speak with an Eastern Indian, who spoke very broken English. It was the most frustrating experience I've ever had, dealing with a company that I'd ordered anything from. I was trying to tell him to cancel my entire order, but nothing worked with him. . . it was like he was ignoring everything I said. I finally canceled my credit card, and blocked their emails. Three days after this event, I did receive what I ordered, and had paid for. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY . . PRACHESKIN.com The same happened to me, as mentioned by one of the other reviews. . . when I went back to review my statement, they had deleted it. I still reported them to my credit card carrier.

sent canceled items.promised refund. never received
I received an offer for a free trial of Prache Cream Sunshine and Eye Sunshine (as they call them) that is sold by ***, and promoted by *** plus many "stars" all of which I call SCAMMERS. I received the items then decided that they were much more expensive than I should spend (being retired) so I sent them back and canceled any further product, before the trial offer expired. To my surprise my next month's credit card bill had charges for $103 and $109 from them! I called on 5/11/19 and spoke to "***." We had a very long, eventually heated, argument as they insisted I had neither returned the products nor canceled future shipments. After much "discussion" he finally said they would agree to a 60% refund on both=$61.80 and $65.40. I was so exhausted by then I agreed. He also canceled my account. He said it would take one billing period to see the refund, so I waited for 2 billing cycles...NO REFUNDS. So, on 7/12/19 I called again; I first spoke to "***" and when that wasn't satisfactory I asked for a supervisor who said his name was "***." After a discussion with him, I was again promised the refunds in 7-10 days. When that didn't happen, I called again on 8/26/19 and spoke to a "***." He said he saw the account notes etc. I asked for a manager and was told there wasn't one available as he was "in a meeting." "***" then said he checked with the refund dept which said the refunds had been "committed" and he would call me back within 24-48 hours to let me know when to expect the refunds. I advised him that if I did not hear back from him I would be contacting the California Attorney General (he had said the company is located in that state). "***," the supposed manager, did call back on 8/26/19 leaving a voicemail that I would be receiving the refunds in 7-10 days. On 9/11/19 I called and asked to speak to "***" but was told he was no longer with the company. So, I spoke to someone who said their name is "***," who finally said he had "put it through to the refund dept" and will call me when it's complete...blah, blah, blah... As of this date, 9/30/19, I have received NO CALL and NO REFUNDS! I refuse to call again only to be lied to, again. NOW, I want them to refund the entire amounts, and to be reported.

Desired Outcome

FULL REFUNDS of $103 and $109.

I tried a 30 day trial of this anti-aging skin cream last March of 2019 but sent it back within
a week from the Hikes Point Post Office in Louisville, Ky and cancelled it at the same time because when I found out how much it was gonna cost me 103.00 a month, me being on disability could not afford it.. I made a call after I received a bill from Pinnacle Law Offices Sept. 21st to the customer service manager at Prache and he said since I had canceled in plenty of time that my account was never charged 103.00 because I cancelled within2 weeks of the 30 day trial. Please consider this matter a miscommunication and resolve this for me please. I don't understand what has happened. the customer service rep was very kind and reassuring that my account was never charged. Kindly ***

Product_Or_Service: MARCH 2019

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment Please contact Pinnacle with this information and contact the Prache representative because the will let you know my account was never charged or delinquent. thank you very much.

I am so disgusted. I ordered the free just pay for shipping $3.95 Robin McGraw anti wrinkle magic cream, I figured with her name on it and it being her product it was reputible. FREE just pay shipping (only 8 sample left. I ordered.) Well I just received it yesterday and was leaery and looked up the name on Google. Rollon Skin Care. The name struck me funny so I looked and what pops up is Revdex.com reviews from dissatisfied customers. That we have to pay 109.00 a month for the next shipment. Well that is not what I signed up for so I called the company and Cancelling is not so easy. Not easy at all. They kept lowering the price because I said I could not afford such expensive creams. I feel so betrayed by this company. I will not use this product. I am sending back at my expense. Lesson learned. Nothings for free. If that is their deceitful practice then how can I even think what is in that jar is a good product. No thanks Mrs. McGraw.

Horrible horrible experience. I received some cream on 10/01/19 that I DID NOT ORDER with no invoice, letter, nothing. I call the following morning to ask for the address to return and the cs rep kept trying and trying to get me to keep it. I was livid to say the least when he kept trying to sell me this stuff and not giving me the address I was asking for. I did become very outraged and was screaming at him to give me the address. He FINALLY did after 10 minutes or so of begging him for the address. He kept saying the same thing everyone else here was saying that I went to their website and ordered. This is completely false. I've never ordered it or even heard of it. I reported this to my bank as fraud and they cancelled my card that this company has gotten hold of somehow. Good luck getting your precious cream back. You sent it without my permission, you can come pick it up. I refuse to pay to ship something back I never agreed to buy in the first place. They have my email address and after checking I don't have not one email from them about this "order". Not even in my spam folder. This company is scamming people all over the place.

Rollon Skin Care Response • Oct 10, 2019

Dear Sir/Madam,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience she has faced. According to our records, order for the product Prache Anti-Aging cream was placed on September 21st, 2019 and email address that was used for this order was "***@yahoo.com". On the same day she was charged for the shipping of the product. A dispatched confirmation email was also sent to her on September 26th, 2019 but the company was not informed that this was done without her authorization.
On October 02nd, 2019 she contacted our customer support department to inquire about the package which we sent her, our representative elaborated our company policies and explained her the offer which she opted for. As she requested a cancellation, our representative provided her a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with 30-days from the subjected date, in order for her to easily return the product back and avoid getting charged for the product's actual cost.
Moreover, our warehouse is currently awaiting to accept her return and to process cancellation. We would also like to assure DeAnna that she wouldn't be billed for the product till November 01st, 2019, if the product reaches our warehouse within the provided time frame of 30-days from the day she called.
Furthermore, if she is not satisfied with the provided resolution or if you have questions about the order, please contact us through our customer support number or you can even send email to us and we would be more than happy to answer your questions and concerns.
Regards,
Customer Support Manager

Ok so I thought for sure I got scammed the email link doesn't work theses no phone number and you get no confirmation email. When I placed my order for the free sample just pay shipping it said it would be here on September 27th it arrived October 2nd.

I almost ordered the trial sample and at the last minute saw their small print about charging my credit card $109.00 after my 14 day trial. What a rip off. I didn't click on the complete your purchase button so I pray I'm not caught in their spider web. Shame on Jolie...she has plenty of money and to rip off the commoners is really sad.

Please do not accredit them.

This is the worst company! I ordered a trial and cancelled the same day I ordered when I saw negative reviews and got cold feet. Two weeks after I ordered, they charged my credit card $212 and I had not even received the product!!! I am disputing the charges through my cc company.

This company should be closed - dishonest business
How typical that all the reports are disputed with the same lame excuses from this company.
I wish I knew how to take legal action on this as they scammed my 85 year old mother once and we got things taken care of - now magically another email shows up (that she never opened) to tell her of another commitment - product arrives and charges are seen on her bank account (which I have yet to figure out how) and trying to cancel was a nightmare. So I will send the product back and warn anyone not to do business with this horrible company.
