I have been buying from this company for over six years and I have nothing but great things to say about their prices and their level of customer service is one of the best in the industry.I am extremely glad I was reffered to this website and have reffered many others because of their awesome prices and fast shipping and service.I hope this company never goes out of business as they have saved me thousands of dollars compared to dealership prices.A+++ and *5*STAR*SERVICE**

I have been using rockauto.com since 2002, when a friend of mine recommended it to me. I made huge savings, given the fact that the parts I purchased from them, even including the costs of S&H and, sometimes, of customs, were still 40-50% cheaper than what I could find in Canada. I purchased parts for my Mazda Protege and now for Hyundai Sonata. Twice I had to call them - with technical questions - and the people they had on support were truly helpful, didn't try to oversell or talk me into things I didn't need. I continue to use them and even when I chose to buy locally (for convenience), I compare the local supplies with rockauto.com

customer ordered an Airtex/Wells part number [redacted] by part number

(not by vehicle). He reported it did not fit his 1971

Dodge Charger. We're not sure why the customer ordered this part

number, but nowhere in our online catalog do we advertise this part

as fitting this vehicle. As our Help

page explains, every part we sell may be returned within 30 days

for a refund of the part price but shipping charges are not

refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. No shipping

charges will be refunded, but the customer is welcome to return the

part for a refund of the part cost.

First class service, very competitive prices even when ordering from Canada, and a choice of products from economy to OEM quality or above makes Rock Auto the best online supplier of auto parts that I have come across. Overall, I am really impressed with this company.

I found RockAuto after comparing a ton of retailer's Web sites for a specific part. My dad suggested I check them out - so thrilled that I did!!! They had the part for $74, where the nearest retailer had it at $120. With shipping and tax I paid $84. The package arrived early and was in great shape - the part was well protected. The new part actually fit my vehicle better than the original part.

ALWAYS wonderful service

I live in Delhi Ontario, and order on line, always get fast and correct service. Never have to wait any longer than the invoice says. Excellent service and prices are great. always get a better deal even with the exchange on the dollar.

Rock auto parts is an easy parts hose to deal with. They will answer an email question in an hour or less. Can't beat their service or their prices. I have been dealing with them for many yeas, never a problem. I am a tired old guy working on every bodies cars and Rock auto has helped me many times. give them a try I hope you have the same relation with them that I have had.

I ordered my headlight assemblies for my 2002 jeep liberty on Thursday eve & got them on next Monday by early afternoon. Well pleased w/shipping time & packaging. Quality was Great! Easy Iinstall & perfect fit. Thank you RockAuto!

MAGNIFICA EMPRESA.

Review: Ordered a bumper end for a 2008 Chevy Silverado.I received the part packaged fine but scratched. Had to send it back with a prepaid label. Went through the trouble of going to drop it off at FedEx. Received the other bumper packaged fine. This one was also scratched and never checked before it left the warehouse so now they are just going to give me a refund only after I go through the trouble of packing this one back up and using the prepaid label to go back to fedex and sending this one back.

Apparently they are very incapable of contacting their warehouse where their parts are shipped. Customer service said they requested for them to check the reship the second time. I have already invested enough in returning the part once. Going to do it a second time. I would much rather have an unscratched replacement rather than my money back. Poor customer service all around.

We're sorry this customer received a

damaged bumper end twice. The first time, we thought we could get the

customer an undamaged part so we provided a prepaid return label and

reshipped it at our cost. The second time, since there seemed to be a

problem with the stock of that part that needed review and we were

not confident we could reship a second time without the same issue,

we apologized and provided him with a prepaid shipping label for

return and a full refund on the order. The customer can return the

damaged part for a full refund on the order using the label he has

been given.
