RK Regal Keto

I went to the website https://regalketo.com/a/v2/?AFID=TAN&SID=5510&click and ordered the free bottle and paid shipping fees. After you enter your name and address you are taken to the page where they say they will charge $4.96 for shipping. After agreeing to the charge you are asked if you want a bottle of Regal Coffee and just pay shipping fees of $4.97. They do not give you the option to decline the offer. The terms and conditions states you will be charged $89.97 for the product. The order was placed August 30th and mailed USPS First Class from Los Alamitos Ca.

On Sept 17th I was charged $89.96 from TRY MARVEL TRIM, AZ and $89.97 from GETOPTIMASLIM.COM ,NC. I called the company's # 877-226-4756 and each time I called the reps said I can't hear you. After 2 calls I tried the numbers on the packing slip 800-518-4566 mailbox was full, the 2nd #800-385-2371 and spoke with Skylah and asked why I was charged an additional $89.86 and she said it was for the RC Regal Coffee. There is no mention of this in the terms & conditions. I told her I want to cancel and return the products. She told me I couldn't. I told her this was deceptive advertising and that is when she said she would issue a refund, cancel the order and I didn't have to return the product. I asked for a cancellation # as it is required and she said she didn't have one and that it would be emailed to me. Didn't receive an email so I called back and was told it has to go to corporate to be issued. I've reviewed complaints with the Revdex.com on this company and found many customers encountered the same issue with no resolution. I have also lodged a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
