Trying to get a refund. Need best contact details for this company.
Purchased product, then saw they had charged me more than stated. Tried calling several times for order cancellation, but goes straight to voicemail, I have also emailed them. I would like to know what the best contact number is for this company.

THEY OFFER A " FREE TRIAL" BOTTLE OF THEIR PRODUCTS, BUT IN THE FINE PRINT YOU ONLY HAVE 17 DAYS TO TRY AND CANCEL. THAT'S A UNREALISTIC AMOUNT OF TIME FOR ANY HEALTH OR DIET SUPPLEMENT. IF YOU DON'T CANCEL WITHIN 17 DAYS THEY BILL YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR WHAT THEY SENT YOU THAT YOU ALREADY PAID SHIPPING FOR TO BEGIN WITH TO A TUNE OF ABOUT $180. THIS WAS NOT CLEARLY SPELLED OUT IN ANY FORM OR MANNER AND I WOULD LIKE A REFUND.

Shark Tank product, advertised as a weight loss product. Offered free supplements, you just pay shipping charges. I paid $4.96 for one product and the next day found out I was also charged $4.97. within a week received to bottles of Regal Keto supplements. Today my checking account was charged $80.97 and $80.96. When I called my bank to dispute charges I was told that the initial $4.97 and $4.96 was a trial period charge that if not cancelled within 14 days they would charge the original amount and start sending out monthly supplements. I called 800-788-4136 and then 800-970-8939 to find out why was I charged when I initially paid for shipping only. The product was supposed to be free. I was told that they could not refund me my money because I should have cancelled. There was nothing to say that shipments would start coming if I did not cancel. Everything said free, just pay shipping charges. This is not truth in advertising. I want a refund. They are listed on my bank account as Vividtrim and Vividbalm. The bank also gave me a name as Scarlit Vivid Balm.

was charged 180 dollars for diet pills was told would only be 10 dollars.
facebook add said could try pills for only ship charge $10. credit card alerted and when called they told me to call make sure was not signed up for automatic withdrawals. Called number when received product and was told I was not sat up to be charged. On 2/23/19 was charged 180 dollars. When noticed this called company told them this was a mistake and that I had only opened one bottle and took one pill other bottle still sealed . They told me since I did not send back by 2/23/19 would not allow it. I called on 2/28/19. Did not sign anything did check box but looked and even called and was told all I was doing was trying pills.

The terms of the trial offer contradicts itself.
When I first ordered the product, the only time it mentioned any kind of money exchange was when it talked about paying the shipping for the ordered product. I know there are many sites that the products can be ordered from and not all have the information that the consumer should have. After having the hassle I've had with them and having to track down the terms, it states if you do not cancel "within" the 18 day trial you will be charged "the next day"..... Then it states you will be charged on the 18th day even if you cancelled within the 18 days. To me, the next day would be the 19th day and if you called on the 18th day, which is within the 18 day trial, you should not be charged. On top of that, the shipping form had no information that could help if questions were needed to be asked and when tried looking back to my email for reference it was not available. When I spoke with a number of customer service reps and a supervisor they treated me as if I were ignorant, telling me they were sorry if I chose to skip the terms and conditions, even after I explained to them there were none on the site I ordered from. They also couldn't explain why I had no emails from the company either, saying I must have deleted them. When I asked why refunds aren't available, they continued to repeat that it was something the company did. I am, and will continue to fight to get a refund. I will also continue to give my reviews and complaints on the matter.

I don't know whether the product woks or not, but the seems to be no way to cancel future charges.

This company is a complete scam, they offer a trial and then provide no additional information. Apparently the trial is 18 days, that in of itself speaks volumes of their business practices. Anyway the product arrived to my home without any details or further instruction to cancel. I assumed I had 30 days to cancel but was never provided any information to do so.

When talking to the representitive they said that it was nonrefundable. They were very rude when asked.

I want people to know that if you forget to cancel the free trial, you will not get your money back. They refuse to give you the money back. And the price is ridiculous, $89 per bottle. I feel like such a sucker. And they are sooo not worth it. Just pay close attention, because they WILL leave you broke. I don't even want to leave a star. The only reason I have is because I could not proceed without leaving something. Good luck.

Order the regal coffee/regal keto bottles, which, according to the advertisement, was a trial only; all I had to pay wad shipping and handling. I found two unauthorized charges from this business for $89.97 and $89.96.I am disabled and live on a fixed income and Im barely making it.

I ordered the free bottle and paid shipping fees. After you enter your name and address you are taken to the page where they say they will charge $4.96. After agreeing to the charge you are asked if you want a bottle of Regal Coffee and just pay shipping fees of $4.97. They do not give you the option to decline the offer. The terms and conditions states you will be charged $89.97 for the product. The order was placed Nov 4 and mailed USPS First Class from Los Alamitos Ca. On Dec 4 I was charged $89.96 from TRY Rejuvi TRIM 1214 W. Boston post Manaroneck Ny and $89.97 Get Elegant Trim 1214 W. Boston post Manroneck Ny, which is a UPS store I called the company's # 877-226-4756 and each time I called the reps said I can't hear you. After 2 calls I tried to 800-518-4566 the number was not in srevice. I could not find this company at all. I noticed there was anther complain with some differnt if formation. When I talked to yhe UPS store, they told me it was a sacm.

ASKED TO SPEAK TO SUPERVISOR. THEN TOLD THEY WOULD CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE TRANSFERRING ME TO A SUPERVISOR.
SUPERVISOR TOLD ME THEY WOULD CREDIT ME 35% OF ONE OF THE PRODUCTS I WAS SENT. I TOLD HIM THAT WASN'T ACCEPTABLE THEN WAS TOLD HE'D GIVE ME 50% OF THE CHARGES BACK. I TOLD HIM AGAIN I WANTED A FULL REFUND AND HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!

Customer service is does not follow through. I don't feel business is trustworthy. Web sight for help has not been available for three days.
I ordered this "trial offer" from a web sight stating that Shark Tank" all bought into this program for Regal Keto. The email contained no information about cost other than the 4.97 shipping fee. I also agree to take a trial offer of the coffee product (it had very little information, so I thought it was different than the Regal Keto). Then I received an email stating that the cost after 18 days would be 85 plus shipping PER MONTH. I called the company to cancel. She gave me a 70% discount of a total cost of 29.97. She also cancelled the monthly renewal and the coffee product as it was the same as the Regal Keto except it is coffee flavored. She stated that I an email to this effect was already being sent. Two days later I still have not received the email. Also the web sight is still not up. Each day I receive an email with the "Shark Tank" promoting this, or maybe several products all claiming weight loss. The loss varies from 50/month, 51/two weeks etc. I became increasingly concerned about the health of the product and lack of email and again the web sight for information ill not come up. So I called the 800 number. I asked the person to bring up my account and tell me what the status was. She stated the cost was 85 plus 4.97 shipping per month. There was no record of my previous call. I asked to cancel. That I will return the package when it comes - as I have not received it yet. I then started to tell her my concerns about the company and she became annoyed. She cancelled the account and stated that an email to that effect was already sent. I asked to stay on the line until I received it. While waiting for the email that did not come, she eventually stated that it might take up to 24 hours for me to receive it. I told her my concern that the other email had not yet come and that it had been 2 days. She again became annoyed. I asked to speak to a supervisor. There was none. There is no one that I can speak to. I now think the business is untrustworthy!!

Free trial had no price except shipping. Came with notice of recurring shipments at $89 every month. I can't pay that price. Phone number is bad.
Online, I accepted the free trial at Judge Judy's site with many endorsements by famous people. I thought it was legit. I now think I was wrong...On the website there was no price and it stressed that you only took 2 pills daily. When I received the packet the instructions were to take 4 pills daily and the recurring charge would be $89 each month!!! On their packing slip was their phone number 1-800-518-4566 which they said to call with any questions. Well, I have called 50plus times at all hours day & night and get the same message"Sorry, this mailbox is full. Please call back later." I went online, but the product is only sold! They are unreachable!!! I ordered this in November, 2018.

I was charged for an item and was never informed that it would be a regular monthly charge. I asked for a refund and be removed from monthly charge.
I was scammed and not told that I would be charged monthly from their product. they tell you that you will get a trial of their product and only need to pay shipping. I was then charged 89.00 twice. When I called to cancel and get refunded I was told they would cancel but would not refund my money. I spoke to Mackenzie. she gave me her Employee number XXXXXX. She said she was locate in Maine. This is a scam and they are taking peoples money. The number I called was the one from the website. 1800-382-6909. She refused to let me talk to anyone else and told me she was hanging up on me.

The company charges the consumer for an additional product w/o permission from the consumer.
This company is fraudulent. It advertises for a free 30-day supply of Regal Keto pills for only the shipping cost of $4.96. However, upon checkout, the site asks if you want to purchase the coffee. When you do not click on the coffee to bypass it and just click on the "Checkout", the company charges you for both products!!

They are supposed to send an email confirmation, but one is not generated. I contacted their customer service phone number (800) 382 - 6909 and spoke with a customer service rep, who was obviously working from her home, and she said that she would cancel the order. She also indicated that I should have received the cancellation via email. Nothing was in my email from my spam, primary, and the two other Gmail tabs.

I contacted my bank to let them know that I would be disputing the charge due to this company's fraudulent practice. Buyers.....BEWARE! Do NOT buy ANYTHING from them.

Packing list has phone number of 1-800-518-4566, first time I called recieved voice mail left messageft message, next 5 times I called voice mailfull.
On 11-28-18 contacted bank, two withdraws of 89.99 were taken from my account, called number for them voice mail full, found different number 1-800-385-2371 she found my account and offered me employee price of 30.00 per product, stated my trial was up today as so my money will not be refunded

I was not aware of the cancellation after I paid for the Regal Keto and the Regal Coffee supplements. I paid for shipping to try them and was charged $89.96 and $89.97 for each. As I said I was not aware and I think this is poor customer service. I wonder how many times this company cons people for this. It is terrible that this company is probably taking advantage of many people. I am supposed to have 18 days and today is the 18th day. I called them today (the 18th day) and they said they couldn't cancel.
