I answered an Ad of free RK Keto Pill bottles which I paid 4.97 for one then, 4.96 for anothere. Then I was charged 89.96, for 1, 89.97 for the 2nd.
I was charged two additional charges without being notified, There wasn't any additional information stating that I was going to be charged with two addtional charges. I have read the Ad throughlly on my phone. My bank reversed the charges. After researching my transaction my bank come to the conclusion that my transaction was authoried. I did not authorized those charges, Nor was aware that I was going to be charged. It wasn't stated. The offer was said to be free, I was only suppose pay shipping and handling.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund of 89.96 and 89.97 to be returned to my bank account.

I'm not happy at all but I'll live at that because I won't answer any more adds from them because it's a rip off I don't want to hear from or they get be charged for anything that I did not agreed to thank you Revdex.com for your help

Fake phony! First of all after I had my 30-day Supply I did not see a change other than from me working out like usual. At that time I contacted the number given. Just so that I would stay a customer one of the representative stated that I would receive her discount at $17 per bottle. I received both Regal coffee and Regal Keto. Since then I have received three shipments and notice that on my bank statement I am still being charged 89 dollars!! I am livid after talking to a representative today finding out that I am unable to receive a full reimbursement as to send back the unopened packages. Do not be fooled!

Leaving one star because I have to in order to submit this review. It's a zero! This product came as a result of what I thought was an Amazon survey promising a "free" gift after participating in the survey. Of the four items available, I chose this one and agreed to pay the $4.96 shipping fee by submitting my BOA credit card. Immediately a screen came up that asked if I wanted a different product. At the same time, I received a warning from Bank of America asking if I approved the purchase of the second product. I said no. As a result, the fraud team at BOA picked it up as fraud thank goodness. I received the free bottle today and I paid the $4.96 shipping fee and am having my BOA card replaced! Into the garbage it goes! Lesson learned! Nothing in life is free even if you think it's from Amazon!

I received the product and it does nothing for you. I tried to contact them with the only number I could find and it is bogus. No way to contact them
This product I received does not work and you have no way to contact them about it. There was no return address and the phone number I found on the credit card charge is a bogus phone number. The woman that answered the phone said she has received numerous calls and said I needed to contact the police. It is a scam and they are getting away with it.

Desired Outcome

I want to make sure they do not try to charge me for any product because I can't contact them to stop it.

I am demanding a refund of the $89.97 that was charged to my debit card without my authorization.
On May 18th I received a message from Amazon thanking me for my recent purchase and requesting that I take a brief survey about my experience and upon completion I would have the option to pick a free product. Since I did in fact make a recent purchase from Amazon.com and it is very normal for businesses to request information on surveys, I thought this was a legitimate deal. After completing the survey the option for this FREE Regal Keto supplement came up stating all you had to pay was the $4.97 for shipping charges. After I agreed to pay this I was offered a second FREE product and to only pay the $4.96 in shipping charges for that, which I agreed to. The payment for both of these products was charged to my debit card. I NEVER AGREED TO ANY KIND OF FUTURE AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS!! The only reason I even got this product was because I thought it was sponsored through Amazon.com. I didn't even really want it, I just thought it was a good deal. Today, June 5th, my card was charged $89.97. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS PAYMENT! The 800 number attached to my statement was 800-507-0546. I called this number to inquire to this charge and I spoke with a gentleman named Brian. He said I was automatically enrolled in this auto-payment when I made my initial purchase. I informed him this was *** and I did not agree to this. I haven't even opened the bottles and offered to send them back. I told him I want a refund of the $89.97 that I didn't authorize. He said he would have to send a form to his corporate office. When I asked for corporate's phone number, he said he didn't have one, he could only send the form. I demanded he cancel anything they automatically signed me up for without my permission and that I didn't want any future orders or any further charges to my account. He said he would send the form and that was it. After this conversation I contacted Amazon.com to inform them of this poor customer service from a company they sponsored and after discussing with them the details of the survey and how I received the product, they informed me that since the original message was from Amazon and NOT Amazon.com that I WAS SCAMMED!!! I couldn't be more upset or ***! Amazon.com is investigating how they received my contact info to send me the fraudulent message. I am okay with the original shipping charges, as I agreed and was aware I was paying those. However, I WANT MY $89.97 REFUNDED as this was a scam set up and extremely deceptive!!! I also want someone to ensure that there will be no more charges against my account and that I will never receive anymore of this *** product!

I ordered Regal Keto from a website that offered the product free and only pay shipping. Then I found a charge on my debit for $89.96 16 days later.
on 5/13/2019 I ordered Regal Keto from their website which offered the product free with only having to pay $4.97 for shipping. Then on 5/29/2019 my debit card was charged $89.96. I contacted the company and was informed I only had 18days to cancel my order. This information was never disclosed on the webpage. I was told by a rep for the company named Gabriel that it was listed in the disclosures and I should have read them before purchasing. Now I am out the money and I think that this should have been disclosed on the initial page and not somewhere in the fine print.

Desired Outcome

I want $89.96 returned to my account at the bank.

WOW WHAT A FINE PRINT RIPOFF. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR BANK STATEMENT. ONE BOTTLE COULD COST YOU $89. AND THEN MORE. PAY ATTENTION. BIIIIIIIIGGGG RIPOFF. HAVE YOUT BANK DECLINE ANY FUTURE CHARGES.

Advertising Scam
They advertise free samples, and then have you check a box for it to come in the mail. The conditions are super fine print and after they bill you they give you a number to call. This person then lectures you about checking a box. I'm lucky I didn't try the products most likely dangerous. They refused to take bottles back even though sealed. I am disputing and it is unfortunate this company has to make money by tricking people.

Desired Outcome

I am disputing the charge of almost $90 for two cheap bottles of supplements. I don't expect them to resolve this so I'm complaining. Their Revdex.com rating of F says it all.

Advertised free trial, you only needed to pay shipping and handling. I agreed, paid, and then found out they charged me double.
I was supposed to receive a free trial as long as I paid shipping and handling charges. Went thru everything, it repeatedly showed my total charges. As soon as I hit confirm the next page showed a receipt where I had been charged double. I called as soon as I got off work to fix the order, when that wasn't possible I asked to cancel. Although it was within 6 hours of the order being placed I was told it had already shipped out at 12:17am and nothing could be done.

Desired Outcome

I would like the transaction to be canceled at this point. However, if that can not be done, I did agree to pay for 1 shipping and handling. I will pay for that if I need to.

I ordered the free samples of the Keto,paid shipping charges,then credit card charged $89.00!
I ordered the Regal Keto product.I was informed that I only would pay for the shipping. When I received my order I had 1 bottle of the Keto and also another bottle of the Keto coffee which I didn't order! But I let it slide since the shipping was cheap for both bottles.
Then they turned around and charged my credit card $89.00 for the 30day supply they sent me telling me I had to cancel the order within a certain time span. This was NEVER mentioned when I ordered.No email, no packing slip or anything was ever sent to me regarding this was going to happen. Now they are trying to charge my card again for another $89.00 for the coffee bottle.
This is ridiculous, they are charging over $3.00 a pill for a 30 day supply. $100 I paid for this bottle which included the charge for shipping.
I offered to mail the bottles back to get my money back and they refused!

Desired Outcome

I wish a refund of this monies to my account.

I received a product that I did not order and I was signed up for an e-book that I did not sign up for. Someone else's credit card was charged.
I received an email on May 9, 2019 at 9:03am from Regal Keto, thanking me for signing up for their e-book and to let them know if I wanted to place an order. I later received a call from someone wanting to talk to me about the order I placed for a supplement. I told them I did not place an order and they said ok and hung up. On May 13, 2019 I received a package in the mail from Regal Keto. It was a bottle of Keto diet supplement pills. The package was addressed to my husband, ***. I called the 800 number and explained to a lady named Lisa that me or my husband did not order this. She would not help me unless I gave her the card number that was used to place the order. I tried explaining to her that we did not use a card to pay for this because we did not order it. We checked all of our bank accounts and credit/debit cards and did not have any charges for this purchase. Lisa finally told me the last four digits of the card that was used and I told her that card did not belong to us. She told us that the charge was for shipping and handling and was $4.97. She gave me the IP address that the order came from, *** She cancelled the account so that an additional $80 would not be charged once the trial period for this product was over. She did not seem worried that someone out there was using our name and address with someone else's credit card, and she would not let me talk to a supervisor.

Desired Outcome

I would like to speak to someone in management, or someone who can tell me how my information was obtained. I would also like them to figure out who owns the card that was charged, so they can contact them and let them know what happened. As a business, you would think that they would be concerned with the fact that someone is fraudulently placing orders with stolen identities and unlawfully using people's credit cards.

You are correct that the name on the order was ***, however it was not my credit card that was used and I did not place the order. So, someone out there has been charged for something that they nor I ordered. Why would I sign up for something that I've never even heard of with a credit card that I don't even have?! You need to have a better way of verifying customers/orders and a more secure process for collecting credit card payments. Your customer service employee gave me the last four digits of the credit card that was used in this order and I told her that it was not my card. She said "well I guess you got a free product then". Shouldn't your company be concerned that you are charging some random person's credit card without them knowing? That shows a lack of care and respect for your clients. I would think that you would want to find out whose credit card it is and alert them as to what happened.

All orders are placed online and we as a company cannot verify if the card is being used fraudulently. We can only go by what we have in our database. If the customer feels as someone is using her Credit card we would suggest contacting the Financial institution for further assistance. It wasn't my credit card. You charged someone else's credit card using my name, address, phone number, and email.

Took payment with no confirmation. Tried to cancel before payment but no way to do so. Was trying to Cancel because I had googled and realized scam
I received a *** email from supposedly Amazon the email address though showed it was target. Actually full email address was ***@em.target.com which made me believe it was legitimate. I chose the regal keto products and had entered in my credit card information however had not hit submit. I thought better and opened up a second browser and did a Google search and lo and behold discovered it. I went back to the browser of regal keto and tried to close it out and cancel the transaction only to be brought to the confirmation screen I never confirmed the payment nor submitted it or agreed to pay. I ordered a FREE Trial product. It did nothing. I asked for a full refund, but did not receive one. Now they keep charging my credit card each mo.
I ordered a FREE Trial of their product. It did nothing. I asked for a full refund, but I did not receive one. I noticed that they continued to charge my credit card each month, even though they confirmed that I cancelled any future orders of the product. Now they are charging my credit card every month under a different company name, which is trychattingderm.com, which is a totally different product that I never ordered or had any interest in. I have never received the original product again, since the free trial, and I have never received the other product, either. I demand a full refund of my initial payment of $9.95, for the shipping only, and for 2 additional charges of $89.97 each. All 3 charges total $189.89.

Desired Outcome

Full Refund of $189.89 and that they STOP charging my credit card for products that I am not even receiving.

Way to rip off people. I have already contested this with my CC company. Im just filing this in addition to doing that to make sure I get this off my CC and to alert other innocent people to avoid buying this bogus product and getting charged almost 100$ more than expected. I dont care about the initial 4.97 as I was expecting to pay that, altho since this stuff doesn't work a money back guarantee would be cool to not pay that either. Definitely am NOT paying the extra 94.94$ no way no how.

In all honesty, if I KNEW (which I didnt) I was to be charged another 95$ for this product, I would have never ordered it. I am very low income and this money ISNT available to toss out the window, nor was I MADE AWARE THAT THIS CHARGE WOULD HAPPEN NOR THE AMOUNT nor did I read anything about cancellation in the short time you claim you had on the ad!!! The only amount I agreed to was the ADVERTISED AMOUNT OF 4.97,,,THAT is IT, NOTHING MORE. This is all I will pay, nothing more. Small claims court will agree with me being ripped off and IM not the only one apparently from my recent research. I also have MANY social media accts- facebook, twitter, yelp and more and WILL SCREAM FROM THE ROOFTOPS ABT FRAUD THIS COMPANY COMMITS TO ME AND OTHERS. Refund my money you stole from me AS this product that does not work as you tout it does EITHER! I best not get anymore fraudulent charges on my card either as you are NOT authorized to do so as with the other fraudulent charges being disputed now.

There is no money back guarantee on the end of trial charge and since you contested with CC, you would have to go through your CC company to assist you further on a refund.

When you offer a free bottle of Keto for 5.95 online. You do not get it for free yesterday they took $90 out of my account at 4 a.m. in the morning call them back to cancel everything and they would not give me $30 out of my 90. So now I'm waiting for the charge to come back to my card. What a rip off!!

Made charges without signing up - not sure how they got my credit card information - they have been charging me 89.00 monthly. Disputed charges with
This company has been charging 89.00 monthly. I disputed the charges, received another card, and the charges keep coming up on my new card as well. The charges are from multiple companies. I called the company and asked them to remove me from their database and to remove the charges but they said they could not remove the charges (pending charges as of today).

I have never signed up for anything with this company or any other weight reduction company. They didn't even have my email account until they asked for it. Probably another scheme. Please close this company down!

Furthermore, as stated in the previously mentioned terms and conditions, after the 18 day trial period, all sales are final.

This company continued to charge my credit even after I called to cancel
I purchased the trial on a very deceiving website where I hit the "continue" button and it automatically charged my card and added another pill bottle that I did not want to my order.
About 15 days later, I received two charges on my card for $87.96 and $87.97. I called them up and said that I did not order that. They told me that I did not call within the free trial period to cancel so I owed that money. I said "fine, but I want to cancel my 'membership' immediately!" she said okay and said that she had cancelled it. I was charged so I should have received my pills whether I wanted them or not, but I received nothing in the mail. One month later which is today, I see two more charges for $89.95 and $89.97. So I call them up and the customer service rep says to me in the most conniving voice "I don't see a record of your phone call." Not only was that a full blown lie but again, I received nothing in the mail. I need to receive a full refund because I never received any product!!!

Desired Outcome

A refund of $355.85

I ordered a trial and was not told that I would be charged a monthly fee.
I ordered a trial of RK Royal Keto and was not told that my card would be charged after 14 days if I did not return or cancel. The initial charge was $4.96 from Dermaccel.com and $4.97 from Getoptimaslim.com. My card was recently charged $89.96 from Dermaccel.com and $89.97 from Getoptimaslim.com. I was also told that my card would be charged again.

Desired Outcome

I would like to return the unopened bottles and would like a full refund.

However on March 22nd we issued full refunds on both charges and cancelled the account from any further billings or shipments.

Only agreed to free trail billed my card for 89.94 with out my permission
Used my debit card 4.97 and was charged 89.94

Want the 89.94 reimbursed and the company to stop charging other people like this
