Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
The car was disabled, not parked... There was no indication that this was private property... Provide something in writing that indicates you are instructed by the property owner to remove any vehicle regardless of where it is located and how long it is there... Who is the property owner?
Sincerely,
*** ***
Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I have photographs of the signs posted there and I was parked there long after the restricted hours If your guidelines contradict what is posted to the public in that lot, then you are responsible for exercising proper judgement when deciding to tow You should contact those who created the guidelines and make sure they are in line with what is provided to the public so that the public is aware
If, in fact, your guidelines say one thing, and what is posted to the public says another...I am still owed a refund because ultimately, I am not at fault
I am asking that you do the right thing here, I'm not even asking for what it cost for me to get to your location nor am I asking for compensation for the inconvenience this incident caused me or my guest that night
Sincerely,*** ***

I do understand why you are upset and as explained to you by the owner it was a terrible mistakeYou were advised you would not be responsible for any of the tows and I will be sure to mail you copies of the invoice receiptsAs you were speaking to the owner he did ask that you refrain from
calling him names and using profanityHe also advised you that the driver who was towing your vehicle is a tenured driver and we truly have not received a complaint about himI do know it is very inconvenient to have your car towed and we truly do apologize again for our mistake
We have also spoke with the Management company and they have accepted our apologies and hope you will as well
We have taken every step possible to be sure the error does not happen again
Hello
I truly understand your complaint but we are only performing a task that is requested by the Management company
If you do not agree with their structure please contact themThey set the rules for that area and we are asked to follow them
Thank you
Teresa
I'm sorry you disagree with the reason for the tow but, unfortunately the Management company has requested to tow for unauthorized vehicles which as you stated was the case

I am rejecting this response because:there were several weeks that passed
where other vehicles were Parked in that spot and upgrade n me raising the issue to the complex and further threatening to involve the city, they left he spot open for vehicles until a walk thru happened upon me speakingdirectlt to the complex manager, Jessica, where she then proceeded to paint the sidewalk there Because I was towed before any legal action was taken to eliminate that spot, which still has no actual legal reason to be painted, several others were not towed and therefore, did not have to payI have parked in that spot one time total and was towed hours laterSo yes, you did get to choose who you towed if you only towed from there two nights.
Sincerely,

second For my understading of the Oregon law even been a private parking lot if anyone gonna patrol the parking lot there need to be signs with the time of this action clearly visible on the property. Sincerely,*** *** ***
