I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] from retailmenot has provided the same response as what other employees have done to me. Clearly it indicates that she has not even gone through my case in detail and just replied so that retailmenot can maintain the reputation on Revdex.com site. Let me repeat it AGAIN that I'm very well aware of the fact that users are limited to a maximum of five rewards per merchant in any rolling 30 day period. What is not clarified anywhere in "Terms and conditions" is that how this 30 day period is calculated. Earlier few of the representatives replied me that it is based on the purchase date and later others told me that it is based on the Payout date. Now, this purchase made on 12/25/2017 was denied saying my total was only $133 where I made purchase of $165.15. Macy's incorrectly reported it as $133 to retailmenot since my order (containing 3 total items) was partially fulfilled and 3rd item shipped late on 01/23/2018, I've sent attached proof for this to retailmenot a while back (PDF name "[redacted] order [redacted]"),but they never bothered to look into the details, as they don't care for customers!!Plus nowhere in the terms it is clarified when exactly fresh 30 day period starts, Retailmenot is clearly taking advantage of users who makes valid purchases and delaying payout day on purpose so that rolling 30 day period will cross over with other purchases.I've already submitted more than 10 attachments containing the proof of all these details to retailmenot but they kept on overlooking my details. I want retailmenot to accept their mistake and pay me remaining cashback and fix the "Terms and conditions" clearly stating the details whether 30 days starts from purchase date or payout date so that other customers will not suffer through this cashback program.

I am rejecting this response because: Retailmenot is avoiding the issue. I could easily unsubscribe from them myself and have done so.  They sold my email address to multiple other emarketers that are bombarding we with unwanted emails. The email address used for retailmenot was exclusive for their site; it was created just to communicate with them. Since going to their site, I have received spam email to the exclusive address from up to 20 different emailers per day. The ONLY way these spammers could have gotten my email address is thru retailmenot and I want retailmenot to contact the companies to whom they sold my address and have them stop emailing me. I did not realize retailmenot was so unethical or I would NEVER have gone on their site in the first place. To sell my email address to sites advertising "Black Dating"; "Erectile Dysfunction"; "Gas Credit Card"; "Obamacare Insurance"; etc is despicable and I want them to correct it immediately. Most of the junk email is coming from fake or bogus email addresses so it is impossible to reply and to unsubscribe only gives them license to resell your email to other unsavory sites, thus multiplying the problem. I want everyone to know that retailmenot is unethical and will sell your email address to unscrupulous sites.

I am rejecting this response because: I followed all the instructions and there were no ad blockers. This has happened with this company before and they paid out once I let them know it wasn’t working. Because of that, they aren’t willing to budge a second time, even though it is their fault. I think something is wrong with their site and I’m getting penalized for it. There are other complaints similar to mind that I’ve found online. I held up my end of the bargain by activating the offers and then immediately purchasing with Paypal. If I knew they weren’t going to payout, I would have paid another way and earned points on my credit card. I think they owe it to me to pay the money I was promised. They’ve ignored all my response emails so far, so I’d appreciate assistance. Thank you.

do have it listed in our rewards promotion terms that users are limited to a maximum of five rewards per merchant in any rolling 30 day period. Any qualifying purchases that exceed the limit of five rewards per merchant during the rolling 30 day period will be deemed ineligible and will not receive a reward.
