I am rejecting this response because: I have sent over, AGAIN, Another verification on my purchase on 01/08/and once again received an automated response saying, 'Thank you for your emailDue to the holidays, we are experiencing a higher number of emailsWe are answering emails as quickly as we can in the order in which we receive themThank you for your patienceIf you are requesting the status of your cash back and it's been less than days, please allow the complete days for your cash back to be processed, so we can best assist you.' Thanks in advance for your patience and support

I am rejecting this response because:They have failed to share the reasoning why my two transactions were not paid out I followed their instructions as noted the site There is no reason why these transactions should not been paid, other than an issue on their end I am not new to the retailmenot site and well aware of what I need to do to successfully receive my cashpack offer and have already demonstrated the ability to follow instructions and receive my cash backs They are referring to past manual payouts that were paid because of the flaw in their system, not a courtesy to me RetailMeNot refuses to address an issue with their process/system and would rather penalize the consumer vs fix the issue I have a stream of emails over the past year where they continuously ask questions about your devices and settings but fail to every give a specific reason as to why the offer was not paid It's BAD BUSINESS and ADVERTISEMENT!
