The undersigned contacted MrBeylis this date and have advised him that we will have UPS retrieve his toaster oven from him When it is received a replacement unit will be sent
Our Customer Service Division advises that a replacement skillet has been ordered for him He also received an electronic communication advising him of the status of his replacement

[redacted] *Hello, Yes I received the pan and again was sent a defective pan ( see attached photos below) both corners of pan had enamel off and the box it was sent in had handle sticking out of a hole in delivered boxI sent pictures of box and pan to customer service and they responded "because the box arrived damaged you would have to contact UPS for this inquiry"I contacted UPS and they said it is the shippers responsibility to file a complaint not mineI have sent another email informing them of what UPS said I am frustated on having to keep returning these pansI did not return this last one but decided to complain to Revdex.com in hopes you could help resolve this by them giving my money back $insteadI then will return pan at their expenseThank you for responding and hope for a resolution [redacted]
A replacement blade will be shipped in the next seven days
We are unable to advise when the consumer will receive her replacement blade Currently we do not have any inventory We are facing a massive recall of the blades and are doing everything we can to get replacement blades to consumers as soon as possible

We are not replacing food processors, only blades If not already done so a replacement blade will be sent within seven (7) days
