I have contacted Mr [redacted] this morning, he will visit the Cuisinart Website to choose a different replacement model coffee maker that he wishes to receive since we no longer have the model DCC-1100BW When we are in receipt of his choice, a replacement coffee maker will be sent to him
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive a $waive of fee and never was told that and have not heard back from the company after I spent all day calling them and being put on hold for over hour waiting to speak to a supervisor who said they would call me back and never didI am looking for a refund or store credit of $for shipping the broken coffee maker backThey should receive the broken coffee maker on 4/My whole kitchen is full of [redacted] products and if this is how their customer service is I am truly disappointed, their products should not be breaking in less than months let alone have the consumer pay for it to be fixed when it just stops working Sincerely, [redacted]

Our records indicate that a replacement coffee maker was sent to this consumer on March 7, A United Parcel Service Shipping Label was also sent for return of the subject unit
Better BusBureau - This is our lst notice of this complaint! A replacement blade will be sent to the consumer within (7) days providing that a replacement blade has not already been sent
If not already sent, a replacement blade will be sent within seven (7) days

Reason for rejection unknown as consumer has advised the Model No We contacted Customer Service and were advised that a replacement blade was sent to this consumer April 7, 2017!
Consumer does not advise the model number of her food processor
Postage will be sent to the consumer to return the product and purchase receipt for a refund
We have exchanged emails with the consumer who provides a Model Nothat is not a Cuisinart Model Number A return shipping label has been sent to the consumer to submit his coffee maker and he was advised that if his coffee maker is a Cuisinart product it will be replaced Obviously if it is not our product we will be returning it to him
