*** is willing to conduct destructive testing of the toaster oven to determine if the control panel is damaged. In order to conduct destructive testing, written authorization will have to be presented to *** by the consumer
We have personally spoken with *** *** today to advise her that her replacement blade is being sent and she should receive it in 7-Business days. The Thanksgiving Holiday may delay the blade a day or two. My personal contact information has been provided to the consumer, if
she has any problems in receiving the replacement blade she will contact me
Stand Mixer parts are not sold to the public. All repairs to these units are made by Cuisinart!
If not already sent a replacement blade will be sent within seven (7) days!
I have been unable to obtain the photos the consumer has submitted. Postage will be sent to the consumer to return the *** for a replacement

Consumer was sent an email by our Customer Service Division advising that the replacement would be sent Second Day and she was given a Tracking Number. Replacement stock pot was delivered to the consumer on January 25, 2018. We apologize for the delay in replacing her stock pot

Cuisinart does not have a record of this consumer's purchase and the Order Number is not Cuisinart's. Consumer must have ordered the part from an "on-line" dealer of Cuisinart parts and units

We are providing refunds for food processors. A replacement blade will be sent within (7) seven days if not already sent
Consumer's replacement blade has been shipped
On February 3, after receiving your notification our Customer Service Division contacted *** *** They will replace his unit and are issuing a UPS Call Tag to retrieve the incorrect unit he received
A REPLACEMENT BLADE WILL BE SENT TO THE CONSUMER WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS
Thank the consumer for advising her Food Processor Model #'s. Replacement will be sent within (7) days!

I am rejecting this response because: I did not refuse to return the productI was definitely never sent a return shipping labelI was also told I did not need to send back my device and was being sent a new device multiple timesI expect a new device to sent to me without returning the defective for several reasons Firstly I do not want to wait for them to send the label and then have to wait for them to get my product to send me a new one it has already been several monthsAlso I do not trust that they will send me a return label or will be organized enough to know they have received my device and send me a new one.
