These are just the major problemsThere have been many smaller ones I was willing to overlook because of the convenience of having a local bank and because the Walnut Creek branch staff were always extremely courteous and professionalI would just cancel bill pay (already done) and have my bills auto pay from the creditors, but after the lackadaisical attitude of the call center staff and that I had to call and keep calling with no returned calls, just to get conflicting information that was no help whatsoever, I am closing my accountThis may have been a great credit union in the past, but that is no longer the caseI would warn anyone considering using Provident Credit Union to find a different bank
