I reviewed the response made by the business and find the resolution is satisfactory to me. I sent an email to the company today following their instructions. It states resolution could take 2-4 weeks. Thank you very much with the help in this matter.

had all day on Thursday, and all day Friday to email me back with either a link to a removal site, directions on how to remove or simply to acknowledge my emailed request. Instead I receive an email Saturday night from the Revdex.com with an excuse that the removal requests aren't instantaneous and are free. However, if you look at the above screen captioned attachments you will note that there is no direct removal request link or button. There are a number of options to pay for the removal of information and some links to Google on how to remove outdated information. There is also a lot of quoting from website about privacy but nothing from the actual privacy act. Having read the privacy act, I know several things: 1. You are required to inform me every single time someone tries to obtain my information. 2. You must remove my information upon request. 3. You must inform me that you have received my request upon receiving it.
Should you have issue verifying the above, please read section in the privacy act. It is free through the DOJ website in Adobe PDF form.
Acknowledge my request to have the site removed, and give an approximate date of when it will be deleted. Inform me of every single attempt to attain my information that you have on file.
