They have my personal name and address listed without my consent. They also have incorrect information listed for my address, but expect me to pay to have all this removed from the internet, where anyone can look up my name and find out exactly where I live. This is a DIRECT threat to my and my children's physical safety and wellbeing.

email [email protected] to have their personal details removed, as Don C[redacted] responds directing folks to go to their website or email [email protected].  When you email [email protected], Don C[redacted] responds (seriously?) to take care of the issue. This was an absurd waste of time as Mr C[redacted] could have simply forwarded my initial email to himself at [email protected] in the first place. This corroborates the nature of my complaint - this business, if you can call it that, is designed to inconvenience and exasperate a person into paying money - or jump through hoops to achieve a satisfactory result.  At least they comply, some businesses can't even manage that...

These are NOT public facts, I've checked, and despite what their 'source' claims, the publication is illegal. http://www.dmlp.org/legal-guide/publishing-personal-and-private-inform...⇄ None of them are of legitimate public concern nor have I ever given my consent, ever, to have this information published publicly.  In addition, they are making money off of this information, not just mine but my family's as well. Not only must I pay to have this information removed, they also use advertisements posted on the site to make money. This is also very much illegal in my state (CT) and is known as a violation of the right of publicity and misappropriation. Anyone who views my profile with MY information gives them money, yet I did not consent for this to happen. Finally, I have a right to privacy in my state and to be left alone, the information which they have published preventing this. By publishing not only my name but my phone number, address and phone number, and allowing google to use this information in the search result, they are invading my privacy in a dangerous way that may cause harm to me and my family. I want this information removed at once and for free because their business is straight up extortion.
