I am rejecting this response because: I emailed a completed opt out form to the business on March 20, 2016 asking that all of my information be removed. As of today, March 28, 2016, my information is still appearing in a google search and on their website www.publicwhitepages.com.

The email is listed in plain site and very easy to locate.  It is also listed multiple times in the other Revdex.com complaints.

You were refunded in full this morning as I notified you are sites went down unexpectedly and deleting files was put on hold.

We offer free removal.  They are removed as the requests come in.  We charge for expedited removal.  Free removal is done in a timely manner, but it is not an immediate response system.

Your information is 100% incorrect. We do not have any phone lines we only communicate via email. We do not send out any letters or documents by postal mail.  We do not charge for data removal, we have payment plans for additional services that are only a one time fee. Please go back and correct your information or find the company that matches your incorrect statements. Nice try though.

I did not ask to be on your list.  I pay to keep my name off of lists like this.  It is a privacy issue.  After 4-6 weeks,...

I will need a new unlisted phone number as it has been listed for 4-6 weeks.  Shady business practice to 'data mine' and to make people PAY to have it removed from the website.  The business should be responsible for not listing protected information.  Making it take 4-6 weeks to have it removed is ridiculous.  Other websites accept email and remove it within 3 business days.  Move into the next generation or rather -- it is about payment or no payment which seems to be your policy.

You obviously did not do everything possible because the directions on our site tell you exactly what to do for free removal and we have not received an email with this request.

 There is a square that says "remove personal information" that looks as if it's supposed to be the option to do so, but nothing happens when I click on it.  There does not actually appear to be a way to remove my information at all.  I want my information removed ASAP.

Please remove my full name, address and phone number. I did not authorize anyone to post my information online. I'm in a huge lawsuit and this could be a danger to my life. Please remove my information asap. I

Please send an email to [email protected] with a direct link to the profiles you're wanting removed.  If you are not able to send direct links we will need full names, addresses, and phone numbers as they are listed on our site.  Once we get that we can remove your information.

Profilogical has posted my personal information on their website without my knowledge and consent and now I am the victim of identity theft.
