They did send a label for me to return the items that I cancelled, but I did not lift my dispute with my cc company due to the fact that the order was duplicated and charged again without my consent.

We apologized for any inconvenience caused to our customer. As stated due to the heavy volume of orders during the holiday season, we have been backed up with issuing credits. However, a credit in the amount of 238.00 was processed on 1/22/16.

I am rejecting this response because: all of the previous reasons stated. The company did not even acknowledge that they had made a mistake and no apology was made. Just sarcasm. They would not even acknowledge that they sent me the wrong person that their picture did not match their color code they did not acknowledge that me being the customer should not have to poke around and guess if it's the right picture of the codes match the picture. I guess what others have said on the Revdex.com and other sites online are true about Dooney & Bourke and their customer service and their quality of merchandise. Customer service does suck their.

I am rejecting this response because I refuse to do business with a company that cannot acknowledge a severe customer service issue. Four emails unanswered and two phone calls ended in nothing but frustration shouldn't be acceptable to any business. The email response to Revdex.com was nothing but generic and Dooney could not even give an apology. I have returned the Dooney bag in question to [redacted] where I purchased it for a full refund.Please close this complaint but I am unhappy with Dooney's customer service, response and will not purchase another one of their items.

I am rejecting this response because: I went by what was listed and the picture that was on Dooney & Bourke website. The code head BL and the picture was black with black piping. How was I supposed to know that Duty had a different code for black with black tan. When I click on the color black it show me a picture of a purse that was black with black piping. Now you're saying I should have known better. Is doing his job to have the correct picture on it site. So if it says BL and the picture of a purse that's black with black trim that's what the customer things they are going to get. It shouldn't be that way the customer should have to know better.. we only go by what's on Dooney & Bourke website. And about the label, I called about the problem with the bag being the wrong color the day I received the bag and was told I was going to be sent a label needless to say I never got it. And that's been almost a month ago.

We have replaced the customers package. according to UPS the apartment number is needed. Apartment number was not included on the original order. This could have caused the dilema with the original order. We have updated the customers records with the apartment number listed...

been cancelled for a week. This didn't occur on December 28, 2015. This occurred January 25, 2016. Had I not called them I would still be waiting for a Christmas gift. These people have disgusting business practices and I wished I had consulted the Revdex.com prior to dealing with them. It is truly unbelievable that a business this well known finds it so easy to lie!

completely satisfied, I am glad to have recouped the partial claim. I am truly saddened that a business of this calibre choose to ignore a longtime customer and this matter had to be escalated. I'd just like a little clarification on the "credit" part of their responce, does that mean i'll have my funds sooner than later debited back into my account, or that i'll only be givin "credit" equal to the amount of my initial purchase, in which case I won't see those funds put back into my account, but would be required to make another purchase of equal amount ?
