I am rejecting this response because:Clearly again, whomever is responding from Dooney is NOT reading my original complaint.  My complaint is not that an item I was looking for was out of stock.  The entire sale link was taken down before the advertised time.  ALL of the sale links were taken down EARLY on the 13th Day of the sale was to be taken down.  The advertised time was 11:59PM.  The sale was taken down before that time.  I also included a screen shot in my original complaint.  My mention of the item placed in my cart was because that is when I noticed the sale being taken down early.  None of the items were out of stock.  Again my complaint is the advertised sale was taken down earlier than the sale time and also the terribly rude and unprofessional representative that I spoke to.  The service I received was terrible.

A letter was mailed to the customer on 11/24 letting her know what repairs could be done and instructions on the repair process.  Customers bag was returned to her because we did not hear from her within 30 days to authorize repairs.  Customer can return the bag for repairs.  Same...

repair options will be given.Please see attached copy of letter mailed to customer.

We apologize to the customer. This item was on backorder.  The item came in and shipped out [redacted] on 6/29.  According to [redacted] the item was delivered on 7/1.

Customer paid thru [redacted] $268.00 on 12/10/18  A credit for $89.00 was issued January 10th, 2018, and a check for $179.00 was issued on 2/19/18. We apologize for any inconvenience we have caused in reference to this matter.

customers bag is under warranty and we are honoring the warranty by offering the full value of the item.  Unfortunately when an item is not purchased directly through us we can not offer a refund.  We can issue the customer a gift card which can be used online or in any of our retail or...

We do not charge the customer until the order ships.  At the time the order was placed we received an authorization.  Since the order was cancelled no charges were made against your account.  Please check your account.  As a security measure for our customers we do verify orders with different bill to and ship to address.  We have a procedure in how we do this.  We are extending the original offer to you.  because your card was not charged there you are only purchasing the item once if you except the offer.

The customers credits have been processed.  Customer should see the credit back on her card within 3 business days

FedEx denied the claim.  We issued the customer a credit on 7/28
