Due to the holidays we are experiencing a very high call volume and apologize for the inconvenience. Order was placed on 11/at which time we received an authorization for the item. We do not charge the customers card until the order ships out. Therefore the card was not charged
and the bank drops the authorization. The customer has called in and successfully cancelled her order
This item is currently on backorder Would customer like the order cancelled

It was not stated that they would change the design of the bag It was stated that this is not a defect and this is how the bag wears Customer was informed on how to care for the bag in the future It wad recommended that stuffing the bag and hanging it would help keep the shape of the bag Customer was also informed that Kelley would speak to someone regarding the customers complaint and get back to her via telephone

I am rejecting this response because:I called Dooney & Bourke back and spoke with Kelly who left the voicemailWhat I was told is that this purse should be stuffed in order to avoid it from
caving when holding the purseShe also stated in the future they may reinforce the purse to prevent this issue from happeningI didn't remember reading anything about having to hang the purse or stuff it in order for it to keep its shape.
I looked at the website ( https://www.dooney.com/alto-camilla/MB841.html?dwvar_MB841_color=TVSATVSA#q=cami...⇄ ) again and there is no special care instructions for this purseIf s purse is caving in because it is not reinforced it should be reinforced prior to being soldAll care for the purse should be listed under the care instructionsI have also attached a screen shot of the care instructions.If this is not a flaw, why this care not listed on the website? If something requires special care, it should be listed under the care instructions

We have reached out to customer directly Left customer a message
At the time the order was placed we received an authorization we do not charge until the item ships out The customer cancelled the order so the card was never charged The bank can take several days to drop an authorization Customer spoke with our customer service
department on 2/in which at that time we manually voided the authorization
Dooney & Bourke offers a year warranty against manufactures defects Customer can return the bag to us and we will replace the piping at no charge Please send the bag to att: ***/Office of the president We will reimburse up to for return fees

We apologize for any inconvenience. When an item is on backorder it does not qualify for Dooneypay. Although the website showed the item in stock and available for Dooneypay internally an item was not available at the time the order transferred to our warehouse. A shipment was
checked in sooner then expected. We were able to contact the warehouse and have this order pulled before it shipped out and the order was cancelled. A authorization was placed on the card at the time the order was placed. Because the order did not ship the card was not charged. Again, we apologize and appreciate your feedback
The gift card was purchased as an e gift card which was done online. The purchaser of the gift card disputed that charge with her bank. Stating she did no authorize the charge. Dispute was granted by the bank. The gift can not be used at this time or refunded.
