Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Regards, [redacted] Sirs, RevDex.com Dear Sirs, My name is [redacted] and my case ID [redacted] In response to your last letter I must say that my wish is to conclude with this case rather than maintain an indefinite exchange of argumentation These are my points accompanied by some questionsMy financial situation does not allow me to continue making any more paymentsI bought this property in good faith to the point that I made payments for seven years Honestly, I wouldn't want to repeat the same arguments over and over, but it is necessaryMy opinion is that the appraisal was not correct since the just market value was not consideredThe assessed areas have not the same potential for prosperity and development and this has been proved for the prices have gone down drastically rather than gaining valueMoreover, my property has no public utilities, in harsh contrast with the others that do have I acknowledge that, according to your letter, now is too late to do something about it, but I did it when I had to In and I tried to negotiate with the bank, explained to them that the value of the property had decreased considerably and attached proofI wanted the bank to be realistic and told them that the "real estate bubble" had affected both of us, but the bank's solution was to extend the debt for some more years I would think that the benefits bestowed by the government to the victims of the financial crash were intended to help solve the hardships of the people, but in my case the bank did nothing I must note that after the Real Estate Bubble arose I continued making my payments on time for several years until my financial situation and the numbers of my dependents in my household changed I don't understand why whereas a car, or a house are repossessed by the bank when the client is default, in my case my debt is allowed to keep on growing for years A financial institution is not to have an unrecoverable debt for ever, and at the same time the debtor be kept in a black list forever, while the bank continue charging the client indefinitely in order to make the debt grow bigger and biggerAll this because of the bank's neglect to use the procedures established by the government to finish off this case and close it up once and for all My proposal is that I will pay the taxes I owe up to the date, but I am not in the position to continue paying any new taxes being generated by this debtNeither can I promise that I am going to pay any pending balanceI simply can't afford to Sincerely, [redacted] PS I am ataching parts of the comunictions that We had in the years , and please read them

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint I appreciate the inquiries for the loan being removedBut my concerns and grievance still remains At the initial review of the appraisal no concerns about the non-conforming property were mentionedEven after multiple visits and/or phone calls with the lender about items needed for the application nothing was mentioned as a problem from the underwritersIt wasn't until the appraiser suggested a lower value of the property and it was RESENT that there was a problem with underwriting approving the loanIf I had been made aware of issue with the non-conforming property after the initial application was sent to underwriting I would not have not pursued the property and hired an inspectorI feel that the bank did not follow protocol and caught their mistake during the 2nd underwritingI was told one week before closing that the property was non-conformingI do not feel that I should have to pay for the banks mistakeI wish to be reimbursed for the application fees, appraisal fees, and the funds I dispersed for a home inspection and radon testing for a property that did not meet the banks guidelines Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10974426, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I will be discontuing my relationship with 5th/3rd bank as they are unwilling to admit that charging $in fees on a $overdraft is outrageous, excessive, and/or unfair to their customersThey run debits from large to small in order to maximize the amount of fees they can chargeAdditionally the bank manager encouraged me to sign up for a credit card in response to an overdraftAgain this predatory when I've obviously had issues keeping enough money for living expenses a credit card would be a bad ideaI was told repeatedly that their system wouldn't allow any reversed overdraftsThe next day I received a call from a branch manager that he was able to reverse feesThey lie to consumers to suit their needsI left a review on their [redacted] page and it was deletedThey are a dishonest companyI will take my business elsewhere Regards, [redacted]
