[Yes, the date of purchase/return date are correct and the vehicle was brought back to Prime Ford but not specifically for an "electronic shutdown"The electronic shutdown Prime Ford is referring to occurred while I was driving home (with my wife and then two-month-old baby in the vehicle) and I activated my high beams. There was loud "pop" that came from the radio's speakerThe vehicle lost interior and exterior lights for a period of 3-seconds. Thankfully I was only driving MPH and was on a back road on not driving MPH on I-95. The following day I was driving the vehicle back to Prime Ford when I applied the brakes, causing the doors to lock and then unlock and forcing the RPM's to jump to 3,000. Again, I was driving on a secluded road and only traveling at the speed of MPH. Thankfully my wife and daughter were not in the vehicle at the time. I don't think Prime Ford understands the severity of these issues. Prime Ford stated that we "refused to retrieve the vehicle until they felt the matter was rectified completely". We stand behind that. Neither me, or my wife, was going to drive a vehicle that was that unsafe and unfit to drive and could cause harm to us and our daughter. Also, the reason why we purchased the vehicle was because the vehicle had the room for our daughterThe time spent when the vehicle was not in our possession meant another problem; thankfully we still had two other vehicles we could drive but only one vehicle could accommodate our daughter. My wife would drop off my daughter at daycare in the morning, then I would have to drive to her office after I finished work and change vehicles. Yes, Prime Ford worked on the vehicle for a day or two and could not duplicate the problem. Prime Ford then decided to sent the vehicle to *** Chevrolet. The invoice from *** Chevrolet states the vehicle was dropped off March 3, and worked on March and March 8. The invoice also states the vehicle was "ready" March 10. I talked to Service Advisor *** *** and he said the ready date is not the date the vehicle was picked up but rather the date *** Chevrolet stopped working on it. On March 13, I stopped by *** Chevrolet to inquire about my vehicle. They said they could not duplicate the problem but suggested the aftermarket remote starter was the issue. I called *** *** of Prime Ford that day and told him *** Chevrolet was finished with my vehicle and that I would a loaner car from Prime Ford. He said at that time Prime Ford didn't have any loaner cars available but would get back to me on Wednesday, March (Prime Ford was closed Tuesday, March due to a snowstorm). I called *** on Wednesday and left a message. I called again on the following Friday and left another message. The next week, after getting no response from ***, I drove down to Prime Ford on either March or to ask *** (or anyone else for that matter) about a loaner car and, more importantly, why my truck had been sitting at *** Chevrolet for over a week. I spoke to Service Advisor *** *** who informed me *** *** was unavailable, so I spoke to Sales Manager *** ***. I told Mr*** the situation and demanded my vehicle be brought to my personal mechanic so they could diagnose the problem. Mr*** complied. Prime Ford dropped off my vehicle on March 23, 2017; days after I called *** *** and told him *** Chevrolet no longer needed it. At the beginning of this entire process I told Prime Ford I didn't care how long they had my vehicle; assuming of course the vehicle was actually being worked on and not sitting in a parking lot for days. Bottom line, Prime Ford agreed to let my personal mechanic get involved only because they felt obligated to do so. My mechanic could not duplicate the issue but also suggested the aftermarket remote starter was the cause. The remote starter was taken out of the vehicle and a new battery was installed (paid for by Prime Ford). We bought a vehicle with a remote starter and both *** Chevrolet and my mechanic suggested the remote starter was the cause of the issues I was experiencing. I wanted a remote starter installed at no cost but Prime Ford Sales Manager, *** ***, said I would be charged. I wanted to return the vehicle but again, *** *** said that wasn't possible. On Saturday, April my wife drove down to Prime Ford and talked to *** *** about her concerns not only for the safety of the vehicle but also for how Prime Ford had been ignoring our requests for further assistance. *** *** told her he would work with us in finding a suitable trafor our vehicle (he also stated we brought the vehicle back after the 30-day grace period; we purchased the vehicle on February 6, and initially brought it back to Prime Ford March 3, 2017). On Tuesday, April I called *** *** to see if he had found a trafor our vehicle. Two weeks later I called *** *** again. The next day he called me back and left a voicemail saying he "didn't remember where we left things". The following day I left him a voicemail but haven't heard anything since; this was back in early May. I have called a few times since but have gotten no responses.

reflected the MSRP, Rebates and a Prime Discount (a copy of the email is available upon request). Upon his arrival to the showroom, the stock number listed in the offer had been sold. Mr*** was shown a vehicle that was identical, both in MSRP and equipment, to the advertised vehicle. Upon learning he did not qualify for all of the rebates, Mr*** became unhappy and insisted he did not see a disclaimer section in the advertisement. The sales manager brought the ad up on his phone to show Mr*** the disclaimer was clearly visible in the advertisement. In an effort to assist him, we offered him a larger discount than that which was advertised. We are sorry the customer is unhappy with having to pay the service bill for his traded vehicle. Mr*** *** was provided with a price discount of $of which he rebuffed and decided to leave the dealership; at that point in time, the General Sales Manager discounted the vehicle's price
even further. After he returned from lunch, Mr*** *** inquired if Prime could make the service bill "go away". He was advised that we could not and there was no further discussion regarding the bill. There was no agreement, verbal or written, for Prime to absorb Mr*** ***'s service bill. The purchase paperwork was drawn up and the deal consummated. We do not feel obligated to pay the customer's service bill, contrary to Mr*** ***'s claims, it was not part of the negotiated deal
