I am rejecting this response because I haven't yet checked my credit card to see that the charges have been removed. Also, although I have been communicating with Priceline, and have been told that I would not be charged for a "no show" at the [redacted], I didn't actually see an email fromthe Revdex.com stating that.
I have attached the innkeepers statement about when she had the office open, and the photo of the record of the time of my phone call to the hotel on my phone. I have also attached the original reservation email. Although Priceline and the innkeeper state that the check in hours are from 1:30 to 10 pm, I don't see that information on my hotel reservation.
Also, I havent' yet filed a complaint with the Revdex.com regardig the hotel itself, and I would like a complaint on record with the above information directly associated with the Inn there as well for other consumers to reference when making travel plans.

I am rejecting this response because: We did let the front desk attendant know that we wouldn't be staying there the same night we checked into the hotel. She was working by herself but had 3 or 4 friends hanging out with her in the lobby. A maid would have also noticed that the beds, towels, toiletries, etc. were untouched every day.

I call the hotel as soon as I found out the flight was going to be delayed and I told them that we were not going to be able to check in until the next day, [redacted] from the hotel told me when I arrived at the hotel that we were considered a NO SHOW and that they would have to find us a room, so we waited an hour for them to get us a room, so in reality there was no room being held for us when we arrived. I am rejecting this response because: The price that I received was not a significant savings. The price that both [redacted] and [redacted] are offering were the same and are now even cheaper than what I paid. Claiming that I cannot change a reservation do to a lowered price, would indicate that I actually paid a reduced price, which I did not. If the service providers are willing and able to give me a lower price AND be flexible, there is no reason that Priceline can't match that level of service. Not providing flexibility simply because you WON'T is a bad practice.
To make matters worse, when I called to straighten this matter out, your service representatives gave me misinformation and could not answer my questions. Then when I asked where I could voice my compliant, I was told that couldn't. Had I known how terrible the service had been, I never would have booked through Priceline. I even searched the website for a feedback section and there was none. If if I do not receive a way to provide feedback after all is said and done, I'll make sure to find sites to post my experience to make other potential customers aware of Priceline's poor practices.
No I am not satisfied with that response. It means that the customer service remains poor, other customers will be exposed to that poor service, and nothing changes. It's disheartening to know that companies like Priceline still operate in this manner.

Room was misrepresented as the pictures show 2 beds in a [redacted], room called queen suite, details did not specify 1 queen bed or 2, only said queen suite and pictured 2 beds in photos, when my party of 4 arrived we had 1 bed. There was no other rooms available. Uncomfortable night, luckily I had a twin blow up matters with me, but one person had to sleep in a chair. Photos should be correct!!!

My name might have not been on the the Master Card, but my name does appear on the account.
Also, my wife, who is the primary cardholder, was right there at the rental car counter for pick-up.
I believe that PriceLine could have made an easy change to my wife's name.
PriceLine is the only business I have ever used on-line that when information entered for a credit card transaction
does not agree with their policies (i.e. names not matching), but the money is still taken and you are notified that the reserved

The Priceline advertisement is subliminal. It entices with a sense of assuredness that is not sincere. As a novice "online" consumer, I was unaware of this rigid structure. My concern was to modify the dates I had chosen for car rental, because a mistake had been made. There should be an opportunity for redress, but I could not contact them. Their system is not responsive to inquiry. Priceline ignored the $22.00 for collision insurance they charged. Since the dates requested were wrong, I made a commitment to continue their service. Therefore, how can they sequester $61.44 for a "need" they did not fulfill?

I am not accepting 50% of the refund when I was told I would receive 100%. Also, it didn't take them 7-10 business days to charge me the money so why does it take so long to issue it back. I showed this company the transcript that showed them the response from their agent stating o would receive $142.84 once I rebooked another room through their website. I did it, and now am only being offered $71.42. This is clearly defrauding a consumer. So as I stated, I want all of my money and some other compensation for them holding on to my funds and putting through all this drama. First they cancelled my room mistakenly, then they booked another room that I didn't request, charged me for the trombone and made me pay a penalty to cancel, then they offered me all my money to spend more money with their company and when I do issue me only half of it.
